I was a former employee of the company that you had problems with. I wasn't involved with the customer service aspect that much, but I was to a degree. Inkout was a company made up of about three employees...yes, three. This was excluding the owner and the assistant manager. The main problem with the company was the fact that Inkout did everything in their power to upset the customer: they made themselves inaccessible, they didn't publish their current address on the internet, e-mails, telephone calls went unanswered. It wasn't that I and my fellow employees weren't doing our job (we were answering calls and e-mails) it's just that when you're a small company (again, three people) and you're receiving several hundred phone calls and several hundred e-mails a day then your work becomes impossible. I dealt with credit card disputes primarily and the paperwork was overflowing on a daily basis. Although nobody accused our boss directly, customers were getting charged, overcharged, triple-charged, and there was nothing we could do about it (we all eventually quit or fired. The average life span for an employee at Inkout is about 6 months since it's hard for any employee to help a company when management is trying it's hardest to bring the company down by alienating it's customer base). Inkout is still around though. The current address is 7307 Shoeman Lane Suite 107 I think, anyway, it was the same building you went to, the suite number is just different (it's suite 107 now). The owner also has another business located at 3050 S. Country Club Road Suite 24 Mesa, AZ 85210. Phone: 480-503-0313. I hope you get your money back.

Well, after arriving back in Phoenix for a short vacation, I decided to continue my pursuit for either a cartridge or a refund. They have an impressive new Website with glowing testimonials, plus a paragraph on how they've grown from a backroom operation to their own place in downtown Scottsdale. Well, guess what? No phone number on their new website, so you have to go the email route and hope for a reply. Been there, done that. Still being ignored. I decided to take a drive out to their new offices and talk to someone in person, since this seems to be the only way they handle complaints. I arrived at their fancy new offices to find the door locked with a note taped to the window stating "These premises will be locked until the rent is paid" Looks like Michael Fischer, aka Goink.com or Inkout.com is doing real well. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! You will end up with either nothing, or a defective cartridge.
