Golden Hands Movers Hidden fees lies re: contract and rude condescending manager Jessup Maryland
After speaking with one of Golden Hands Movers' agents regarding my contract, he agreed to waive all fees for shuttles in my destination city and agreed to use a "smaller" truck so as to avoid extra potential fees. It is clearly included on my contract which was duly executed. When the time came to unload in my destination city, Eli - a representative of Golden Hands - refused to acknowledge the contract, said his company would "never" do that and spoke to me as if I was a child despite the fact that he knew I was a lawyer. When I asked to speak to the original rep who I had dealt with (multiple times), I was told he was no longer with the company.
