Golden Key Professional Services Never even filed my taxes after I paid this individual. Inglewood California
A friend referred me to Ronnie Magana an income tax agent to do my taxes. This was early February 2009. For the next few days, I got a hold of him, I faxed him my 2008 W2's and he e-mailed me the "filled out" tax form, so I assumed that he already filed my taxes. So I signed what I had to sign, so I faxed him that. I waited a few days and I asked if he sent it in already he told me yes,and he'll call me back. (In which he never did) and 3 weeks passed by, I kept calling and leaving voicemails and nobody ever answered or called me back. A month and 2 weeks roll by, and again the same thing, no answer. Finally 2.5 months passed by I decided to contact the IRS (twice) in reguards to not recieving my tax return. And on both occassions, I was told that he only filed for an extension! I was appalled. So basically I waited nearly 3 months for nothing. I paid this individual to do a job, but he never did. I felt robbed. Still until this day,when I try to call all of a sudden his voicemail box is "full".
