Golden Palace Casino ripoff, offer bonuses that they refuse to qualify when my website says i am at that level Internet
Three weeks ago I made a deposit, but was denied my bonus. I was told I was so very close to qualifying.
The next week my site had an icon indicating I now qualified. I pressed the icon, made a deposit, called as indicated on bonus site and was again denied the 25% bonus, again being told I did not qualify. That I must have been on the play for fun part of the site. The icon took me directly to a REAL cashier who took my REAL deposit so I am angry and confused. Thank you for your assisitance.

Most gaming sites offer some kind of sign-on bonus. Unfortunately, the terms & conditions of these offers are structured so that the non-savvy user will inevitably fail to meet the qualifications to either receive the bonus or withdraw it. Usually there is some complicated process involved in receiving the bonus, such as a registration, a confirmation, a deposit, a return trip to the bonus form, and a wait. Then, once you get the bonus, you have to meet certain requirements in order to withdraw ANY of your money. Usually this is in the form of a "play through" requirement, whereby you must place wagers totaling a certain multiple of the original deposit plus the bonus. For example, if the play through requirement is 20x, your deposit is $100, and the bonus is $50, you will have to make $3000 worth of bets before you can withdraw anything. And if you try to withdraw too early, you often times forfeit all of your funds. Some sites even require a notarized form to make withdrawals. I've found most sites, including Golden Palace, to be honest in acting in accordance with their stated terms and conditions. In other words, if you meet the requirements for a given bonus, you will receive it. Just make d**n sure you know what is required of you, and, more importantly, that you understand the requirements.
