THAT UGLY LOOKING THING RIPPED ME OFF TOO! SHE KEPT MY MONEY. SHE ALSO SCAMMED ME ON ANOTHER DOG SHE SENT THAT WAS NOT THE DOG I PURCHSED FROM HER. SHE IS CROOKED AS ALL EVIL HELL WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT. DO NOT TRUST HER.

You say that you were provided papers that were counterfeit.  What is your proof? It is not right to bad mouth someone just because you may be unhappy with your puppy.

I have two pups from Ana and they are the most beautiful pups.  One is already a junior champion. 

I have known Ana for several years and she has always been very truthful and honest.  I also know several others who have done business with Golden Romance and have been very happy in dealing with Ana.

Ana is the biggest cheater I have ever dealt with. I bought a female golden retriever puppy from her few months ago and I have just discovered that pedigree and papers for my puppy are counterfeited. She sold me a dog with papers from very different litter. I am terribly dissapointed with all this situation because I invested a lot of money and got something I didn't paid for. STAY AWAY from Golden Romance and Ana because she will cheat you

REFUND MY $500.00 DEPOSIT....I DID MY PART BY FINDING A BUYER FOR THIS
PUPPY...THE NEW BUYER PAID THE BREEDER A $500.00 DEPOSIT AND THE BALANCE
OF THE MONEY FOR THIS PUPPY..,...THIS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL BREEDER DID
NOT DO HER PART OF THIS ARRANGEMENT....SHE REFUSED TO REFUND MY $500.00
DEPOSIT BECAUSE SHE IS GREEDY AND JUST WANTED TO MAKE MORE

TOO MANY GOOD ENGLISH GOLDENS HERE IN THE USA TO BUY...BUY IN THE USA.

I received my puppy from golden Romance  in July of this year.I dont feel Ana misrepresented herself.I was well aware that I would be sending a non refundable deposit to her of 500.00. I do believe that our puppies would have been shipped together.I recall the frieght company sending me several e-mails confurming that I would be getting a female and you would be receiving a male.

My little girl is beautiful,a show stopper.She is a thick,strong loving puppy.I have no complaints working with her,Im waiting on my AKC papers and my buisness will be complete.Im sorry if you had a bad experience with her.

GREED, MONEY AND POOR BUSINESS EHTICS RULES THIS PUPPY MILL MENTALITY BREEDER....BEWARE OF HER TACTICS...SHE DECEIVED AND FOOLED ME AND MOST OF ALL MISPREPRESENTED THE SALE OF A PUPPY.....SHE WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO MAKE THE SALE....THIS IS FOR POTENTIAL PUPPY BUYERS TO KNOW THAT ANA IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED....DO NOT...I SAY DO NOT...GIVE YOUR MONEY TO HER ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE IN THE USA.  IF THIS DISGUSTING PERSON LIVED IN THE USA I WOULD FILE A LAW SUIT AGAINST HER. 

Steve you are so sad and small person. If i can call you a person. I will just tell you ones again here and rest my case, I am glad that my puppy did not went to you. You don't deserve to have an animal at all!!!!! Especially not my dog!!!!!

When you become a breeder, God forbid, we can talk and you can speak about something. When you start to love your dogs as much as i do, when you start to give them all you can possibly give them to be healthy and happy, when you finish several International Champions, Multi Junior Champions, when you go on World and Euro Dog Shows and get excellent placements there, when you make excellent quality litters, when you make so much friends in doggie world, when you became a family, when you have all this, than you will have right to write anything here. You are just a sick person and i am very sorry for you.

When i heard after all this a lot of bad things about you, from people in US, i am glad that you did not get my puppy!!!!! I just hope that no one will ever give you any animal!!!!!!!!!!! You don't deserve them. This situation with you only makes me to ask many, many recommendations  in the future. I have them, do you?????

Ana is doing whatever she can to look better as she knows this site will stay here forever.  She is very afraid that potential puppy buyers will discover her unethical and unprofessional behavior when they do a search for her name and or kennel name.  She knows that her puppy sales will be affected by this lifetime complaint.   I want to make sure that no one ever gets RIPPED OFF AGAIN.

The truth has been spoken and this breeder cannot handle the truth.  She knows that the deposit should have been refunded and now after the truth comes out for everyone to hear, she can't handle it.  Ana RIPPED ME OFF.  All she is doing here is coming herself so she looks like the righteous one. 

This breeder never once asked me anything about myself.  Most quality breeders will want to know more about a potential buyer when purchasing one of their puppies.  All she was concerned with is MONEY !!  This person is super greedy and is ruled by the buck.

HE IS NOT A BREEDER and he is just recelling other peoples doggies!!!!! He can even mislead you for a true pedigree like he tried to do with my puppy when i found out from a breeder in USA, who contact me, telling me that a man is selling a puppy by another pedigree there.

THE BREEDER GAVE ME AN OPTION TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK BY FINDING A REPLACEMENT BUYER FOR THIS PUPPY THAT I DECIDED NOT TO BUY FROM HER.  I DID MY PART BY LOCATING A BUYER FOR THIS PUPPY.  I PUT BOTH PARTIES TOGETHER AND THIS BUYER DID INDEED BUY THIS PUPPY.  I ASKED THE BREEDER TO REFUND MY DEPOSIT AND SHE REFUSED.  SHE CAN SAY WHATEVER SHE WANTS BUT THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER LIES WITHIN WHAT WAS PROMISED.  SHE PROMISED TO REFUND MY $500 DEPOSIT AND THIS UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL BREEDER DID NOT.

My name is Ana Radovanovic, owner of Golden Romance kennel in Serbia. What this man, Steve Cutlar wrote here is nothing but a lie!!! I never misrepresent pedigree of my litter!!!! When Steve contact me for the first time on puppy find.com i had several puppies on the add there. Last litter and one older girl from the past litter. He contact me for new litter. We were coresponding and in first few emails, i also offered him my older girl and showed him this pedigree i have on my website. I also told him the price of this older female is much bigger than on the last litter, because of pedigree and parents. People who are breeders can understand this. He also sended me one photo of, he told me than that that is his male dog, and asked me about my opinion about him. He told me that this dog is 8 or 9 months old on the photo. Than i ones again showed him my baby boy and sended him photo when he was 5,5 months old who was much, much better and stronger than his boy. This one is also from my past litter, pedigree he was traying to misrepresent when he was taring to resell the girl he wanted to buy from me. So in several emails from me he got pedigree of my last litter and litter before that. He told me than, that price of puppy from litter before is to much for him, so he wanted the last litter i had on puppy find.com. First he wanted the best puppy in the litter and i promised him that. I told him in my opinion, the best puppy is male puppy. He said yes for male. We were in contact all the time in 8 weeks. He wanted photos every week and i was sending him photos. We agreed that when they were about 6 weeks almost 7 old, that he send me deposit of 500$, so i can be sure that he will take this puppy. He sended me deposit. At the same time, i sold one female puppy also to NY to one nice lady, and i told Steve that his boy and this girl can go together to NY and this would be good for puppies to go together, because of stress of transport. He agreed for this and the woman who took this girl from me also agreed because this was on her opinion good for puppies, not to travel alone. Than he asked that i give him litle discount because puppies are going together and the transport is little cheaper than and i gave him discoun. I booked the flight for them on Steve's name and adress. When people from airline company called him to confirm that he will come on 26. to colect the puppy, he confirmed them that he will. 2 days before the trip, i emailed him asking if everything is ok, because he did not send the rest of the money for puppy and transport, he told me that he is very sorry and that he can not buy this puppy now, because his wife lost her job. I am sorry because she lost her job and there is dificult situation there, but it is everywhere!!!!! I forgot to mention, that one week before the trip, he change his mind and that he did not wanted male puppy, because now he want female puppy. I agreed on that too. So here is not the problem that i misrepresent the pedigree of the puppy. I sended him right pedigree with photos of parents. Here is problem because DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE!!!! I never had problems with my new friends who have my doggies now, i only had problems with Steve Cutlar. In the mean time, doggie world is small and we breeders hear everything, i have a lot of friends in USA, golden retriever breeders, who told me bad things about this man and that he is not buying puppies for him, like he told, but he is buying them to resell again in USA. So, after all this i would be crazy to give him deposit back!!!! I don't give a dam about his 500$, but from the principle i will not. Now i am so glad that my baby is not with him. She is enjoying her life with great family there, the woman Becky who wrote here to defend me. Dear friend, thank you for that and thanks to my other friend in Canada, who also have a female from me, who is going to be Champion in beauty very soon here.

If someone don't belive me, well, this is 21. century and thank God we have emails to prove who is right and who lies.
Deposits are not refundable

Ana Radovanovic with Golden Romance Kennels refused to refund my $500 deposit as she stated "DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE".  I knew that she would not refund my money and I asked her if I were to help her sell the female puppy by advertising it on puppyfind for her, would she refund the $500 if I was instrumental in locating a replacement buyer for this puppy.  Ana said yes she would refund the $500 to me if I were able to find a buyer. 

It so happens that Ana sold this puppy to a woman in the USA who replied to my puppyfind ad, and who I had contact with.  I was instrumental in bringing this puppy buyer in touch with Ana.  Ana did not tell me that she sold the puppy through my efforts.  The puppy buyer recently emailed me to inform me that she bought the puppy.  Here is her email statement:

I did contact Ana thru you and I bought the puppy directly from her.  I asked her if we could not go thru you.

If Ana Radovanovic was a stand up person she would have kept her promise to refund the deposit.
After all, we had an agreement.  I was the person who assisted her to sell this female puppy.  She gave me the incorrect pedigree on this puppy and now she refused to refund my deposit again.  This truly shows where this unethical and highly unprofessional person is at.  All she cares about is money.   I have put this behind me as I know that she will deal with negative karma along the way.  

Mr Cutler - YOU are the one mispresenting the puppy buyers in this world.   If you're going to print a story...include all the facts...this entire experience was self inflicted and does not warrant your attempt to discredit a reputable breeder.

 You're out $500 because of the part you played in backing out of a sale two days before you were to receive the puppy.  Ana jumped thru hoops to accommodate your indecisiveness ..she made more concessions than most breeders would...and what does she get for her actions? An incomplete account of what took place.  Shame on you!  You're the one in the wrong here...don't transfer the blame to someone else - all fingers are pointing at you!

Steve is just mad cause he culd not complete the sale of the said puppy.  He placed a $500 deposit.  Deposits as we all know are NON REFUNDABLE if the buyer backs out.  Steve backed out!  So no refund was to be given and the pupy went back up for sale.  Steve also had ads out trying the sell the puppy himself when he didn't even have her in possesion.  Now thats what I call shady!  trying to sell a dog you don't have!!!!  I know all this cause I AM the lady that bought the puppy.  I found Ana through Steve when I had emailed on his ad and saw what was going on.  He told me he couldn't complete the sale but was going to forward the money he was paid to Ana and keep 200 for himself.  I have all emails still from him to back up my story.  Ana was WONDERFUL to deal with.  I did call her in Serbia as well as email.  We have the puppy and she is amazing and healthy!  Ana raises the best.  No complaints should be filed against her just because he is mad and wanted a refund when deposits are NON REFUNDABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I already told Ana I will be buying from her again down the road!
