Complaint Review: goldendoodle world - cleveland North Carolina

I cannot help but wonder why high profile rescue agencies do not engage in name calling and verbal threats. that ids because they work the issue to acheive resolution. these insults are primitive and direct attention away from the issue at hand. I am wondering why both Johnson and Gerrish have a plethora of aliases. On top of everything else it would be a travesty to find they are identity theifs and merely converting assests as well as personal property. this begs looking into.

I am responding to the fabricated complaint that "Kawinomad of Orlando"  AKA  "Sandra of Orlando"  AKA  Sandra Faye Johnson of Orlando Florida/Kissimmee Florida posted here on ROR about me and my husband regarding our 2010 taxes.

Mrs. Sandra Faye Johnson fabricated a complaint on this website stating that she submitted an email to the Rowan County Tax Assessor's office and that my husband and I did "NOT" pay our 2010 taxes.  Furthermore,  she deliberately posted a falsified email;  a falsified, libelous statement which was aimed and directed at both myself and my husband for the purpose of aggravated harassment here in the state of North Carolina.    Mrs. Sandra Faye Johnson knowingly availed herself to the state of North Carolina when she misled the county tax assessor's office pretending to be someone she was not,  when she falsified her identity to the Rowan County Tax assessor's office and used a falsified email account.  Through IP isolation and through another website,  I was able to identify the fact the email came from Sandra Faye Johnson.  Through her own admittance,  Mrs. Johnson stated HERE as well on her own blogger account,  she submitted the email to the Rowan County Tax Assessor's office to quote,  "Teach me a lesson".

On May 16th, 2011  I obtained a temporary restraining order against Sandra Faye Johnson through the Rowan County court system and she was advised to appear before the court in six weeks.  June 27th 2011 to answer for her conduct both on and off the internet which has been blatent aggravated  harassment toward me,  my family, my children and me as a private breeder.

I received a written apology from the Rowan County Tax Assessor's office due to the inappropriate response from the employee whom handled Sandra Johnson's email because the employee failed to recognize the name change during the course of the email communication and the employee offered my tax information when the content of the email was not going in the direction of my taxes.  Furthermore,  the employee has never conducted business with me nor has she ever purchased a canine from me,  thus should never offered any "opinion"  about me one way or the other to the individual whom submitted the email,  even though the email was misleading and fabricated.

The email that "Kawinomad of Orlando"  AKA  Sandra Faye Johnson  posted here on ROR is not truthful and does not show what actually transpired.   The "complaint"  posted by "Kawinomad of Orlando"  is without merit and not factual or truthful.  The truth is,  Sandra Faye Johnson posed first as a "Brian Jones"  and then as a "Mustapha Grugarias"  and used a fabricated email account.  The employee never caught on that during the course of several email interactions,  the name changed several times.   I had to point that out to the supervisor.   Their office is now aware of the fact that Sandra Faye Johnson and her "male" companion has been contacting their office making attempts at obtaining personal  information which they are not privy to and for the purpose of aggravated harassment.  Their office is now aware that I do have a restraining order against Sandra Faye Johnson of Orlando Florida and that she is not permitted to have any contact with me through any means.   Their office is aware of what transpired and they are aware of the upcoming court date on June 27, 2011.

Goldendoodle owners who play the blame gameWhy do some Goldendoodle
owners play the blame game over the internet when they fail to not
follow proper protocol with their breeder and something occurs with
their purchased pet? A Goldendoodle customer contacted me
last night saying that her Goldendoodle had a seizure earlier that day
and when I started to ask her questions, she immediately became nasty
and said "We've had problems with this doodle since the day we bought
him!".

Funny. This was the first time I had even heard from this
customer, yet alone receive any documentation from a veterinarian much
less her signature upon the purchase contract that we provide to every
customer. She purchased her Goldendoodle from me 8 months ago and the doodle was four months of age when she purchased him. I still have two doodles
from that particular litter who have been in perfect health. So far,
we've not had any negative responses regarding "health issues" from
anyone else who purchased from that same litter. When she made the
comment that she had been having "health" issues with her Goldendoodle
from the first day she purchased him, I then asked her why was I just now hearing about a problem? If she had been having problems from "day one" as she claimed, why was she just now telling me
about it after eight months has passed? She got angry and began playing
the blame game and when she would not answer my questions, I hung up
the telephone. She then called back and my husband answered the phone
and she told him she was going to tell everyone on as many websites as
possible what a bad breeder I was.

I find it completely absurd
that someone would purchase a Goldendoodle...or any pet for that
matter....have issues they felt had a 'genetic' factor involved and fail
to contact the breeder immediately and then go all over the internet to
smear their name posting one sided stories just
to gain public sympathy. I found one comment that this customer wrote,
claiming that I was NOT sympathetic and that I did not show any empathy
towards their doodle's plight.

Below is a portion of her comment: "Dee had NO Empathy at all and only got defensive about it not being her fault (which we did not call
about fault). She didn't care at all what the vet said and keep in mind
this puppy came from her dogs. We are heartbroken because his condition
does not look good yet she simply hung up on me
tonight. I am in disbelief. I have never bothered them about the many
digestive problems Teddy has had since we got him at 4 months old or the
hip problems he has but with the neurological problems I wanted to get
her guidance and instead I got her yelling and hanging up on me.
She has added to our pain. I would NEVER allow someone I care ab out to
purchase a dog from them. EVER. Think twice about it !"

I found
her comment baffling because she posted this as a one sided story. This
customer fails to mention quite a few things. The first thing she failed
to mention is the fact that she never once contacted me
regarding any "digestive" or "hip" problems. Her Goldendoodle has a
seizure and now all of a sudden he's had numerous OTHER health issues
since "day one" ?? This is like going and ordering a huge steak
dinner....eating almost all of it and then getting the waitress to bring
the manager over so you can tell him or her how disgusting the food was
and that you want him or her to do something about it. I've added to
their pain? How is this? I fail to see how I have added to her or her
family's pain. She claims she called to obtain "guidance" from me
as a breeder and that I yelled at her and hung up on her? This isn't
what transpired nor did I yell at her at all. I began asking her
questions when she told me that her Goldendoodle had a seizure.

I
wanted to know what led up to the seizure or what had transpired with
her Goldendoodle prior to the seizure. What flea preventatives was she
using? I've warned even on my website for people not to use topical flea
preventatives on their Goldendoodle because it can cause seizures with
this hybrid. She immediately said to me that she was "warning" me
about the seizure because her vet told her that seizures were genetic.
That's interesting especially given the fact that we've never had a
Goldendoodle have a seizure while in our possession and we've never had a
single Poodle or Golden Retriever have a seizure except for one time
when my vet came out to our home and gave one of my Golden Retrievers a
rabies vaccine and she immediately had a seizure from the vaccine and
puffed up like a chow chow!! Within less than five minutes of the
vaccine. This was NOT genetic. This was caused by something.I tried to
ask her questions and instead of answering my questions, I was accused
of not being sympathetic and she is the one who got nasty over the
telephone of which caused me
to hang up the phone. I am not sure what reaction she thought I was
suppose to have as a breeder. Start crying?? Start saying, "Oh my god,
you poor thing!" I don't know. As a breeder for thirteen years, I have
to stay rational and ask questions if I am going to attempt to get to
the bottom of an issue and what may have caused the issue. I don't know
what she expected me to say or do but if we are both irrational, nothing will be accomplished. I asked her why didn't she call me in the very beginning if her Goldendoodle was having all of these problems and why am I just now hearing about them?

The
customer then said, "Well what was I suppose to do..bring him back?"
Uh...yeah. If this Goldendoodle began having problems from the first day
they bought it....that is exactly what they were suppose to do! Call me and bring it back for an exchange! Not wait eight months down the road and then bombard me
with multiple supposed issues that I was never aware of. This customer
has failed to submit veterinarian documents. If her Goldendoodle had hip
issues, she failed as a buyer to provide me
with hip x-rays and other veterinarian documentation. This customer
failed to submit DNA to the company to prove whether or not her doodle's
issues are genetically related and not customer/owner neglect or
environmentally caused related. So now this customer wants to rant and
tell everyone what a "bad", "uncaring" breeder that I am and gain
internet sympathy even though she is completely negligent in following
proper procedures based upon the contractual sale. She has never
provided us with her required signature upon the sales contract; she has
not complied in sending us proof of altering as well as proof of
veterinarian incidents. She has never called me
one time to mention she was having any issues with her Goldendoodle and
she has failed, as a buyer, to abide by the contractual purchase
agreement.

Now she wants to play the blame game over the
internet.If a person makes a contractual purchase and they fail to abide
by the contract or fail to follow the breeders' protocol of letting
them know when an incident occurs that the buyer feels has a genetic
factor involved, why is it suddenly the breeder's fault and why is the
breeder suddenly the bad guy or girl? It completely boggles my mind that
a customer would play the blame game over the internet especially given
the fact the customer is in the wrong by not following proper procedure
and protocol. It is further mind boggling given the fact the customer
hasn't done any testing whatsoever to even show a genetic link or
component to whatever issues are affecting their canine. They just automatically assume their dogs' problems are genetically related. Her comment originally to me
and even in her internet complaint was the fact she said, "Keep in mind
that this puppy came from her dogs". And??? So the puppy came from my
dogs...and what's the point? We still have this customers' brother and
sister who have remained in complete good health. There are other
siblings out there whose owners have not mentioned a single problem. The
same two parent dogs have had offspring before and we've never heard of
a single incident from past customers who bought a puppy from the same
two parents. Neither parent dog has ever had health problems...so I fail
to see the point in the comment that was made by this customer.I find
it completely interesting that people like this particular customer play
the internet blame game to gain sympathy from complete strangers and
only share one side of the story. She wants to make ME look like an a*s and warn people about buying a Goldendoodle from me
when she has completely failed to prove that her doodle's issues are my
fault or the dogs' parents' genetic fault. She's failed to tell the
story in its entirety, removing herself from any fault or blame. If she
had wanted me, as a breeder, to assist her, she would have contacted me when her Goldendoodle had the first supposed issue and would have provided me with as much information as possible which would have included providing me with as much veterinarian info/history, etc..as possible. This customer didn't call me to gain my "guidance" or assistance. This customer called to play the blame game.

been married so many times that when the judge issues this next marriage certificate, instead of putting the guys name on it, it's just going to say "insert name"  here. Yeah.  She found this latest guy online through a  dating website.  She may have possibly even bought him on ebay.   She said she didn't have deep pockets.  There was a sale.  Kawinomad
says he's a nice guy though.  Say he's very supportive.  Like Oprah Winfrey's husband,  Gayle.  What ???  Come on..Just do her already and get it over with.  I heard she tastes like chicken.  Okay so Opra isn't gay.  Or is she ? We don't know.

Oh my god and the best day of my life is this!  I go on facebook and found new photos of Kawinomad and guess what ?  She's fatter than her sister! Yeah!  The same sister she has been calling "morbidly obese" and making fun of all of these years on the internet.  Who knew!  All of the photos she posted on ROR and everywhere on the internet making gay slurs
and fat jokes about her sister and look who has been downing all the twinkies and h*o hos!  I hate when someone goes on the internet and makes fun of someone and then brags about themselves!  I was like..oh yeah ? Boom!  Look
in the mirror, b***h!  Your sister has lost weight and your fatter! Your clothes look like they are trying to escape to a thinner person!

So, boo h*o.  Kawinomad has had issues and claims her ex husband cheated on her and dumped her.  She said that's why they are getting divorced.  Maybe she wasn't feminine enough ? Maybe she spent too much time on the internet and not enough time with him ?  Hey Kawinomad,  you light candles don't you ? I heard Kawinomad had an issue with hispanics in Kissimmee near her mom's house. Says the area now looks "ghetto".  Well at least she knows their place in life.   She moved her mom out of the house and claimed the house needed all types of renovations.  Hispanics love lumber.  All Kawinomad had to do was dump a huge pile of lumber in her mom's backyard and she could have gotten all types of work completed.   Home Depo always has hispanics milling around. But Kawinomad said driving 70 miles round trip was too exhausting for her. Funny enough,  when she was having her mom sign on the
dottedline, and removing all of her mother's belongings she was like a gambler on a gambling  binge!  She had all the time in the world and drove all over the place.

Poor Kawinomad. She calls her parents and her grandparents racists on the internet.  I think she does that because they have  indian blood.  No...not slurpy indian...Casino indian!!! Stop holding your nose!  Yeah...that's a whole different smell.  Stop cringing over there in that chair,  Kawinomad!  You know your a racist deep down inside of your blackened soul.   You
just can't come out in public and admit it.   The problem is that  Kawinomad couldn't date an indian guy.  If she did and they went out dancing,  it would rain! An indian guy once asked Kawinomad out on a date and his name was "Sitting
in jail".   She had to pass him up.  They were both double oppressed.  Her pockets weren't deep enough to bail him out and his pockets had already been emptied by the jail warden.   But if she had bailed him out,  she  would have had to bang him to pipe him for his land and then hold an umbrella over her head in case it rained.  Kawinomad is so racist she is even against people who are blurple.  You know what that is right ?  You may have to use wikipedia  for that.

So she and her new man have been dating for like four months.  That's like four years if your gay.  I'm so happy for her.  I'm so happy her father didn't drown her when she was a baby.  What ??  I said I was happy!     Hey get back here, Kawinomad...I didn't say you could slink away that easy. *rolling eyes*. Diane has posted so many times that her blogs about me are in "self defense". Does the above blog look like self defense? No. It is nothing but vial, disgusting, bashing and trashing ME. Diane has also claimed several times that I had no 'right' to copy her images, to copy her blogs and re-post them. If anyone has looked at any of my complaints on here and Diane's rebuttals, you can see that Diane manipulated several of my images into a vial and sexual manner. She also posted an image of me as Hitler. Is it okay for Diane Gerrish to do that to my photos and then complain when I do it to hers?  Is it okay for Diane to meddle into my private and personal life, post things about who I date, where I go on vacation, post a blog to my male friend and warn him about me?

Is it okay for Diane to follow me everywhere I go online, join the same forums and websites I join then post nasty and hate-filled comments about me and to me? Is it okay for Diane to call the department of children and families and file false reports that I am abusing, neglecting, exploiting our mother, keeping her "imprisoned" in my "hell hole" of a house? Treating our mother worse than a slave? No, it isn't okay but Diane did it. Over and over and over. So many times that I got to know the agents personally.  Is it okay for Diane to send the police to my house to check on my mother? What reason did she have for doing that? Just to harass me, that's why. The very same reason she blogs about me almost every single day.
Diane can get a restraining order all she wants but she had better know this: I can get one against her as well and this means that she will never be able to post another blog about me for the rest of her life. If she does, she could face jail time. Diane had better remember this. Obtaining a restraining order here in Florida is free.

If that is what it will take to force Diane to stop harassing me online, that is exactly what I intend to do.

Diane Gerrish is extremely upset because now the world knows her and her husband didn't pay last year's taxes. Diane just cannot believe that anyone would post such personal information on the Internet about her! REALLY DIANE? REALLY?

Diane Gerrish, how can you NOT believe that someone would do that? It was YOU who posted documentation about a lien on our mother's house that I am power of attorney for. It was YOU who posted all the information regarding the foreclosure on MY house! It was YOU who posted a copy of a check that has MY name, MY address and MY phone number on it. You posted all of these items on Blogspot.com and on this very site.

Not only did you post these documents, you have done nothing but call me names, you blatantly accused me of kidnapping our mother, keeping her a "virtual prisoner" in my home, abusing, neglecting and exploiting her AND stealing her house! All of this garbage is on Blogspot.com. You referred to my house as a "hell hole" in which 'your' mother is being held captive. You accused me of violating her rights as a human being. You falsified complaints to the department of children and families (which is a felony) about the way 'your' mother is being treated. Every one of your complaints were lies.

Diane Gerrish, you have no right to complain about YOUR "personal" information being put on the Internet after all the personal information you put out there for anyone and everyone to see.

Not only did you post MY personal information, you posted my son's personal information including a link to his Facebook account. You also went to my friends' Facebook account, obtained his email address and copied not only his photos, you copied MINE without our permission. You didn't stop there. You posted the link to my friends' Facebook account. You posted his photos right here on this very site. You manipulated MY photos in an extremely disgusting and vial manner and posted them on this site.

You bitched, pissed and moaned about your images being copied by me and yet, you went one step further and turned my photos into some of the most disgusting things I have ever seen anyone do.

You enjoy public record 'stalking' and found out everything you find about me, my son and my friend and posted it on the Internet. You even admitted to going to my friends' Facebook account to get his personal information. You admitted to doing a background check on my friend. You claim you know everything about him right down to the kind of car he drives and where his parents work. You even contradicted yourself in your OWN BLOGS about my friend! In your recent blog you stated that I gave him your phone number. No I didn't and I didn't have to. Your phone number is all over the Internet. All anyone has to do is type into Google: Goldendoodle World. Are you really that retarded?

You also lied and stated that my friend threatened you. He did not. If he did, prove it.YOU threatened HIM! You obtained his email address from his Facebook account then sent him a threatening email. My friend reported you to the authorities and a deputy called you telling you not to have any further contact with my friend. I am surprised my friend hasn't filed charges against you. You posted his full name in your blog about Amish men then you posted in your recent blog that you didn't post his name! I am posting both of your statements to prove it.

What kind of person does that Diane? A sick, demented, vicious, mean spirited, hateful, vengeful, malicious person such as yourself. Maybe you should find a way to keep track of the lies you tell.

Don't sit there and be angry that your tax information is posted on here. It's here to stay. It's public record. Don't go into the court house on Monday screaming and yelling to find out who gave out your information. It isn't their fault, it's YOURS.

How DARE YOU post MY personal information online and not expect ME to do it right back to YOU. Who in the hell do you think you are anyway?

You continue to state that you will NOT remove your blogs on Blogspot.com no matter what. Well that's fine. You aren't the only one who can post on that site. Just remember something missy, Blogspot.com will NOT remove slander even though you stated that they will. You stated that my blogs on there were "scheduled to be deleted" by them. Not so. I can post anything and everything I so desire on that site as well as this one here as long as I don't post anything illegal like pedophilia or terrorism content. If what you stated were true, every single one of your blogs would have been removed.

The more you post about me Diane, the more you can expect me to post about you and there isn't a d**n thing you can do about it. Take me to court? Sure. All you can do is file a civil suit. If you can't pay your taxes, how in the hell can you afford an attorney? Better start pumping out those puppies so you can pay for all the things you want to do. Just remember, obtaining an attorney works both ways. I have already consulted several attorneys and am just waiting for your attorney to file the first paper.

You should also keep in mind something: Once you get an attorney involved, you had better be prepared to carry this entire thing all the way to the end. It will be an uphill battle and most likely a long and expensive one. You can claim that I caused you loss in sales until hell freezes over but you will have to prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt. You can bring to court your fryer basket full of your expensive print-outs but I guarantee that YOU have slandered me much much more than I have done to you.
You stepped over the line the day you accused me of abusing, neglecting and exploiting mom. Actually you have crossed over many boundaries, much more than I have.

You stand to lose much more than I do if you want to take this to court. I won't do jail time like you want so much to believe. Neither will you. You will however, lose more money than you have and like I said, this could drag on for a long time. I have no problem driving to NC if I am summoned to do so. I have the funds to do so.

If YOU file charges against ME, I won't even need an attorney. All I will be doing is defending myself and I have plenty of material to do it with. Not only that, I can obtain witness statements from people you have personally harassed and involved me in it.
So go on down to the court house and spew your anger to everyone there making yourself look like the idiot you are. It's a waste of time because it's already on the Internet that you didn't pay last year's taxes. It will never be removed from this site, remember? Keep that shovel really close by because you must enjoy digging your hole deeper and deeper the more garbage you post.

Business Personal Property Listings.  They do have a file in our office for the business.  We do not have a directory of business as such. You can look on the internet  and Google Lake Ridge Kennels in Cleveland NC.  Not all businesses list in the yellow pages of the phone book. My best suggestion to you is to look at the comments on line and be your own
judge.  They may not be the best to purchase from.  They still owe 2010 taxes on the business but have made payment arrangements for these to be paid.

If you would like to see their listing you may visit our office they are public record. Sorry that the Rowan County Tax Office can be of no further help to you.

Because this information is public record, I was able to obtain it. No laws were broken. y question now is, if Diane and Michael Gerrish have to make arrangements to pay last years' taxes, how are they able to provide the proper care for all the dogs and other animals they have on their property? Are the animals being vaccinated when they need to be? Are they being fed nutritious  dog food? Do the dogs have any bedding material or are they forced to lay on the dirt?

What about the other animals Diane has? She has cats and last I heard, she also has chickens. I suppose Diane can't pay taxes because she went on two expensive vacations to St. Augustine to go 'ghost' hunting. While there, her and her cousin stayed on the beach in an expensive condo. In several blogs Diane talked about buying a large screen t.v., a Wii, two brand new motorcycles, an RV, a boat and several other luxury items that she didn't need. She also claimed she joined a gym. That's one thing I seriously doubt.

So what kind of person is going to buy a puppy from the Gerrishs' knowing that they can't even pay their taxes? I'm going to say that I would bet the dogs are not receiving the proper care, food and vaccinations they need to stay healthy.

Here you have it puppy buyers. Are you going to buy a puppy from these people who can't even pay their taxes or are you going to adopt a dog that desperately needs a good home and has a clean bill of health. A dog that has already had it's vaccinations and has already been sterilized. For about sixty dollars, you can have a great dog, maybe even a puppy. If you feel you must buy a puppy from a breeder, you had better do your research and find out about the breeder.

I've caught this nonsense from both of you here for quite some time now.

I can only hope that none of you have any children!

Both of you need to grow up.  Why is it that each of you claims this harassment from the other but I don't see a court case where one of you took this stupid feud of yours to court?

Two adults acting like spoiled little girls.

I found a blog written by Diane aka "Dee" Gerrish posted on Feb. 10, 2011 where she states she does "not have the right to post images that belong to someone else that are personal and that I have copied from someone's personal account".
This proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that Diane knew when she copied MY personal photos and photos of my friend without permission that Diane shouldn't have done it.
I am shocked beyond shocked that Diane even posted this but I have a screen shot proving it.

Here is what Diane posted:

"I am not posting her images on my blogger account.  I
am not infringing upon her copyrights.  I am not "slandering"
her nor am I making "hate" speech.  I am merely blogging about
my own personal experience about what is going on in my life and what is going
on with my own business.  That, my friend,  falls under "Freedom
of speech".   I have the legal right to blog about my life and
my business and those who affect it.  I do not have the right to post
images that are not royalty free.  I do not have the right to post images
that belong to someone else that are personal and that I have copied from
someone's personal account.  Sandra Johnson did this to me on blogger and
that is why she was going to find herself getting
suspended.  Unless my personal images were posted on a website, 
BY ME,  where the website says the images are royalty free for everyone on
the internet to use,  no one may use or copy those images and use as they
wish.  My personal images have NEVER been posted on any website other than
my own personal accounts.  The only way she gained access to my personal
images was to have created a fake account,  pretending to be someone she
wasn't.  She copied my images without my permission and then used my
images  (as she is doing on ripoffreport.com  ) for derogatory
purposes."

Let me break this down for you: Diane is correct by saying she did not post images of me on Blogspot.com. However, she failed to mention that she posted LINKS to where the images are. Diane also failed to mention that she copied my photos, manipulated them and posted them right here on Ripoffreport.
Interesting that Diane states "no one may use or copy those (her images) and use as they wish."
I said the very same thing. Diane obtained my photos from a friends' Facebook account, copied them, manipulated them in the most obscene way and posted them here on this site to live forever.
I never gave Diane permission to copy my photos. My friend never gave Diane permission to copy photos of him but Diane did. His photos are posted here on this very site. There is no way in hell that my friend would ever allow Diane permission to copy anything from his Facebook account and it's the only online account that he has.

Diane can talk all day long about "freedom of speech" but she has taken that 'right' to the ugly dark side that's called, slander, harassment, lies, false accusations, hate speech, libelous and malicious attacks on me, my son and my friend.
Diane claims that while she was in the Army she took a few law classes. I suppose she was absent the day they discussed online harassment.

Sure, Diane does have the right to blog about her life and business. So does everyone. This is NOT what Diane Gerrish does however. Every one of her (many) blogs is nothing but an attack on Me, my son and my friend. Out of all the almost one hundred blogs Diane has posted on Blogspot.com, there are only a handful of blogs about her dogs. Even when she writes one of two paragraphs about her dogs, she will put a "footnote" that bashes and trashes ME.

I also love the fact that Diane posted about an old Blogger account I had. Diane said I was going to be suspended. I have never been contacted by Blogger about anything. EVER. I am the one who deletes my own blogs because I think it's a waste of time to post anything on there. I seriously doubt that very many people actually read very many of the blogs that are posted anyway.
Diane Gerrish is the only person who reads them anyway. I know this because she blogged about my posts.

Now that the public is clearly aware that Diane Gerrish knows right from wrong, now that everyone knows Diane understands that she has no right to copy images without permission, Diane is to be held accountable for what she has done to my personal photos and to my friends' photos.
For Diane to post the statement that she did is equivalent of putting it in the newspaper. The difference is, her statement will live forever on this very site.
Diane cannot recant it nor deny that she wrote it.

Sandra Johnson is nothing more than a old street punk with a   "back yard" bully mentality.  She joined the Chrome Divas and gave everyone the impression she was someone respectable.  In reality,  her conduct all over the internet proves her true character as a woman.

Ms Johnson,  there isn't "hundreds" of blogs that bash or trash you,  any where on the internet.  No one has broken any laws any where or your sister would be locked up and so would you.

The only person posting derogatory content, Ms Johnson,  is you and you certainly do not live up to the codes of a Chrome Diva.  Before you deleted your content on youtube and slide and of course on your blog accounts,  you created images of your sister that did quite a bit of gay bashing.  Some of the  girls you hung out with at Cowboys,  in Orlando, by the way,  were gay.  It is reprehensible on your part to make gay slurs.

You should take yourself over to the VOY forum and read the comment you made to your sister that you posted to her.  I believe your idea of a "deal"  was for her to never have contact again with her mother and you and your sisters would leave her business alone.   Then according to the email you sent to your sister,  your idea of conversations between DCF and her was that you were going to record the conversation and she had to delete her blogs and content before you allowed her to see her mother while you crap would remain on this website forever.  How is that a deal,  Ms Johnson ?
This website doesn't remove content,  so why do you keep adding content you know he will not remove ?

Chrome Divas has a blogger whether you know it or not.  Your sister has already contacted the Chrome Divas about your behavior and about your content.  She has already notified the chapter of what you are doing.  Your conduct is unbecoming of a sister diva and you do not represent a chrome diva in any way, shape or form.  You should be ashamed to ride with them or be seen with them.  Your actions and conduct are ridiculous. 

What has your sister selling puppies got to do with you ?   Why don't you act like a grown up and live your life seperate from your sister ?  You obviously do not like her and she obviously doesn't like you.  You are upset that your sister said things about you.  I see nothing posted here except hateful content posted by you and you haven't even bought anything from her.  This issue between you and your sister isn't about dogs Ms Johnson.  Its about hate and your doing nothing but spreading hatred here.  Anyone who comes to this website can see that.  This is fear mongering and hate mongering and your the one spreading it.  Not your sister.  You should leave the Chrome Diva chapter because you a pitiful excuse for a diva.

It is clear to me that you are supportive of Diane Gerrish and her inappropriate behavior towards me on this site and on Blogspot.com.

I suppose you are supportive of the way Diane manipulated my photos in the most vial and disgusting manner and posted them on here to live until the end of time. You obviously are supportive of every one of Diane's hundreds of slanderous blogs, harassment, threatening me and stalking me online. If you were an attorney you wouldn't be a very good one because you don't seem to believe that Internet harassment is a crime. It is.

Diane Gerrish has gone way beyond cyber bullying. In case you haven't followed her blogs on Blogspot.com (which I am sure you do), it is clear for anyone to see that almost every one of her blogs slander me. To threaten me with physical violence, stalk me everywhere I go online, to do a background check on my friend that she doesn't know nor has ever met, Diane Gerrish has crossed so far over the legal 'line' that she should be wearing an orange jump suit. Apparently you don't read her garbage. Apparently you are either stupid, biased, her cousin and/or other family member or her.

I use this site to complain about Diane Gerrish because she is running a 'business' if you want to call it a "business". This site is for people to complain about business owners/operators. It doesn't matter if I bought ten dogs from Diane or none.
As a matter of fact, years ago I had contemplated purchasing a puppy from Diane until she threw a temper tantrum and got pissed off because I refused to fill out her forty page application and fax it to her. As a matter of fact, I made myself very clear to her that I wasn't interested in purchasing a black male puppy and that's all Diane had at the time. I recall politely sending her an email thanking her but telling her that I would look elsewhere for a female pup. In fact, when I contacted Diane about a puppy, I wasn't ready at that exact moment to acquire a dog. Diane felt rejected and insulted and accused me of denying her puppy of not being able to find a home because I didn't want it. Well, boo h*o. She started the hate email and I wasn't going to sit by and let her bully me.

So yes, I was a potential "customer". Yes, I DO have a right to complain about her and her horrible, immature, accusatory, defamatory, slanderous and hate-filled blogs. I don't take physical threats lightly. Diane had her chance to confront me when she sent her dim-witted, hillbilly-looking husband to my house. He drove all the way down here and stood right in front of my home. Where was Diane? That's right. She was in the safety of her trailer. Diane Gerrish is a coward. She could have gotten right in my face in the middle of the street in front of two deputies but she didn't. She chose to sit at her computer and post trash. Diane has no credibility whatsoever and in my opinion, never has.

I have no sympathy for her dogs not finding homes. Diane is to blame for bringing hundreds of puppies into this world and she doesn't even know where all of them are to this day. They might be in shelters or rescues or dead for all she knows.
Diane is greedy, she is selfish and has delusions of grandeur.

Well, all of this will come to an end sooner than she expects. It doesn't matter if I posted the things I did or not. Diane continues to dig her own hole all by herself by blogging on Blogspot.com. The more garbage she posts, the more she ruins her reputation. The people who buy puppies from her are exactly like her. Ignorant. Anyone with any sensibility who looks at Diane's website can clearly see that Diane is a hot mess. Her site is one of the worst sites I have ever seen. Diane's website is a reflection of her property. Junky, unorganized, over crowded, and just one big mess.

Do you really believe that after someone sees Diane's property on Google Earth is going to want a puppy from her?

I gave Diane an ultimatum awhile back. I told her that if she removes every one of the slanderous blogs about me, my son and my friend, I would consider letting her talk to our mother and perhaps visit. Diane refused. Diane also refused to cooperate with the department of children and families when the supervisor asked Diane if she wanted to have a three way conversation with me and the supervisor. What does this tell you? This tells me that Diane wants to run the show no matter what the outcome is.
Diane wants everything her way. She is not willing to cooperate nor flex.

In conclusion, Diane gets nothing from me other than what she is giving me. As for you, I advise you to go back to your Ninja fantasies and mind your own business.

Kawinomad of Orlando Florida,  I fail to follow the logic behind your complaints upon what is suppose to be a consumer advocate website.  This is my second attempt to voice my opinion upon this website but it appears Mr. Magedson is amused by your complaints toward this individual
who is a breeder of some sort.

One complaint would have been sufficient to say you were targeted by someone and were the victim of harassment and so on.  Now I see there is a myriad of repeated complaints by you and it appears that you are one and the same individual as "Sandra" of Orlando Florida since as "Kawinomad"  you refer to Dee Gerrish as being  your sister.

To say you are a victim of harassment is not the same as coming to a consumer protection advocate website and post complaints about being ripped off.  You have not purchased from this breeder,  there for you have not been ripped off.  You should not come to this website to "warn" others about a business when in fact you have never been a consumer of their business nor have you ever been their client.  I find it highly unfair when you have not used their services.

Since you were not a part of any legal proceedings that may or may not have taken place and you were not a part of any purchases, your complaints being posted upon this website that regards clients dating out ot the realm of the statute of limitations is without merit.

Potential clients for this breeder should take all of these things into consideration.  Furthermore,  they should also take into consideration your conduct and behavior upon this website.  My own personal opinion is that your own conduct represents something going on within your own personal life and shows a direct hostility toward the individual of whom you are complaining about upon this website.  I see no logical explaination for the numerous complaints  you are posting here.

You appear to be amusing yourself and the owner of this website.  If I were seeking to purchase a Goldendoodle and I came upon your complaints against this breeder,  I certainly would not rule out the possibility that your content was in itself,  harassment.  How can anyone read your complaints and find them as being  ligitimate especially when you photoshop images of your own sister and find this amusing ?  I think the entire situation is shameful.  If I were an attorney,  I would offer
my services to your sister completely free and I would do it today but as such,  I am not.

I don't know what you do for a living  but it appears that you do not have anyone to spend any time with and perhaps your just a sad, lonely and very desperate individual who is unfortunately hurting the business of someone who isn't doing anything wrong except offering some lovely dogs to those who may be wanting them.  What a sad way to go through life.  On your end,  I mean.

Just this morning I read part of Dee Gerrish's new blog. I say "part" because her blogs are so long I would need to pack a lunch just to read them.

I had to laugh out loud when I read this:

shopping my images with derogatory content.  I have filed a criminal
complaint against them."

Diane Gerrish is referring to me and like I said, when I read these last two sentences, I literally laughed out loud. Diane is upset because I Photoshopped her images????
REALLY??? In case no one has seen the manipulated images of ME Diane posted right here on this very site, I invite you to do so.
Not only did Diane Gerrish copy my photos without my permission from Facebook, she manipulated those images. One image has MY face in the place of Hitlers' face, another image has my face in the middle of large breasted women, another image has my face on a person in bed with a blow-up doll, another image has my face in a "Wanted Dead or Alive" poster, another image shows my face on a homeless person holding a sign, another image shows my face on a person behind a chain link fence and she added text that reads: "Sandra Johnson is headed for the looney bin".
She also posted on this very site, my own photos of my motorcycle and other personal photos.
Diane Gerrish can't possibly have forgotten that she posted those manipulated, disgusting images of me right here on this site. It wasn't that long ago. If she did forget, she can read the complaints I filed against her on here. Maybe it will refresh her memory. The manipulated, disgusting and extremely offensive images of me that Diane Gerrish posted will never be removed from this site and she knows it.
To put my face in place of Hitlers' face has got to be one of the most offensive things I have seen in a very long time.

I warned Diane Gerrish to stop blogging about me on Blogspot.com and I warned her about the manipulated images she posted here of me. Because Diane did not heed my warning, everything is 'fair game' now.

Diane has got bigger balls than any man on the planet to actually state that she is going to file "criminal charges" against me for posting her images on here.

In case Diane decides to delete that particular statement on Blogspot.com about filing charges, I took a screen shot of it. She has a habit of deleting certain paragraphs but  screen shots don't lie.

Diane Gerrish, you started something you should have NEVER started by posting manipulated images of me on here or anywhere else online. I wasn't going to post any Photoshopped images of you on here but since you find it amusing to do it to me and you actually believe that it's all "in good fun", let's see how much laughing you are going to do IF I decide to go one step further with your photos.

By the way Diane, haven't you run out of material to blog about me yet? You have slandered me, harassed me, cyber bullied me, attacked me, my son and my friends, stalked me, threatened me with physical violence and manipulated my photos. What's left for you to do to me?

Yes it's sad that we lost Chris Farley and I for one think he was one of the funniest comedians of our time. The other day I was reading his bio and something occurred to me. There is a huge (pardon the pun) similarity between Chris and Dee Gerrish.

Just for the record, the images of Dee Gerrish were put on the Internet by her and I did not copy nor steal them from her Facebook account like she did to mine. Dee's images do not have a copyright nor any watermarks on them and she put them 'out there' for anyone and everyone to copy if they want to. MY images however, were NOT put online for Diane Gerrish to help herself to.

Back to Chris and Diane. When I noticed that they look alike, I thought it would be fun to see just how much they look alike.

First of all, I seriously doubt that you are in Stroudsburg. Even if you are, you certainly are no "ninja". Why not post your real name? What are you afraid of?

You are obviously supportive of Diane Gerrish and that makes you as mentally unstable as she is. Lucky you.
The only way you have any information about my daughter is by reading what she wrote to me on Facebook. You obtained this information when I had some of my settings set to "public". This is the only way you could possibly know where my daughter had been because she has never posted this anywhere else and I know you are not a friend of hers. You also were able to copy my photos and my friend's photos.
If not you then Diane Gerrish did.

I don't see that any of this is any of your business and if you aren't Diane Gerrish which you probably aren't because she doesn't use the vocabulary you did in your post, you are related to her or a friend of hers. Amazing that she has any friends at all but according to her, she has thousands of 'friends' on Facebook. It makes one wonder how many 'real' friends Diane has. Most likely her 'friends' are her cousin Faye Bircheat and her brother, Mike Bircheat. Mike and Diane have an on again off again relationship depending on his mood and depending on what Diane buys him.

So 'Ninja', you should take off your disguise, stop pretending you live where Karyn Kelly lives and mind your own business. Thank you.

I was shocked today when I read Dee Gerrish's latest blog on Blogspot.com. She claims to be an animal lover, dog breeder, even a Goldendoodle "expert".

Below is what Diane aka "Dee" Gerrish wrote in her blog about animal shelters, the SPCA and the heart wrenching commercials about homeless animals:

"It is difficult to know exactly what the statistics are for shelters.
Many numbers are skewed according to the motives and agendas of the organizations and individuals who are putting the information out there on the commercials, internet postings and social media sites. With every tear jerking tail (and for the love of God, please stop playing that song by Sarah McLachlan Angel on those damned rescue commercials!!)
the numbers keep growing so that you will send more and more money to the Humane Society and shelters even though very little, if any, of that money is actually helping those animals. The Humane watch really tells the tail if you really want to know where your donations are going!
The truth of the matter is that donated money for the most partis siphoned from the top and trickles down. If you can imagine pouring your donated money into a plastic funnel with a wide mouth at the top but with a narrow neck and then at the bottom of the funnel, a much smaller hole that goes into a container. That is how your donations trickle down to the Humane societies and animal shelters. The executives; directors; employees and all the big-wigs at the top of the food chain see your donations before those animals ever see them. Millions of dollars are wasted on THEM while the animals see very little. Many people got angry at me for stating that it is my opinion that rescue groups help contribute to the growing problems and I believe that shelters and humane societies are lucrative business enterprises that make money off of the backs of breeders and private individuals who breed their dogs. They dont want to accept the fact that they are contributing to the problem.



Every time they pull a dog, they are contributing. Of course they do it out of their heart. They pull a dog out of a shelter, if they can, just like I pull a dog off of the street, if I can. But the truth is, over population is just a part of the problem. Everyone is a part of the problem. There is no single one individual whom is to blame. The finger-pointing should stop.

Irresponsibility of the dog owner is just one part. Shelters and human societies are another part. Rescue groups are another part. Breeders (all of them) are another part. Veterinarians are another part (they could do more by lowering their spay/neuter fees so that more owners
could afford it.); Everything goes hand in hand. Simple supply and demand dictates whether a dog will find a home or not, regardless of whether it is in a shelter or with a private owner or a breeder and no matter the fee. Someone, somewhere will have the funds to pay whatever is being charged by a shelter, agency, individual or breeder if that is what they are seeking.Every business is in business to earn money. Otherwise they would not be in business. Shelters, Humane Societies, rescue groups; those that rescue; organizations; businesses; anyone that sells something; anyone that takes in one single dollar all do so to try to earn a living.

Dee Gerrish went on to say this:

"While some haters do not like my Goldendoodle World website, many like it because the information is there. I know my information is more accurate because I am one of the original founders for the Goldendoodle hybrid for the entire southern region of the United States.
The American Kennel Club is a scam who rakes in millions of dollars a year from people who believe their club is the "god" of all kennel clubs. They are nothing more than a canine registrant service who will NOT step up to the plate for a breeder or a member, when all is said and done.
We do not simply sell a Goldendoodle and leave our clients hanging in
the wind. I know what I am talking about when it comes to my dogs. I didn't just toss dogs together for the sake of breeding. Anyone who would love to take the doodle challenge..... I'm game. I was around before any other breeder in the southern region of the United States and I know this to be a fact.
When I began as a Goldendoodle breeder in 1999, there were no breeders in the southern portion of the United States offering Goldendoodles. We were it. As a matter of fact, purebred Golden Retriever breeders were so angry about this hybrid, that I received hate messages on my answering machine from those who were affiliated with some purebred Golden Retriever based group.

I bet they are even more incensed now to learn AKC began offering limited registration for hybrid breeders back on October of 2009 and are laughing all the way to bank! I wrote an article years ago predicting that very thing would happen, as soon as the Goldendoodle became popular, and sure enough..... my prediction did come true!"

I am amazed that Diane Gerrish has the audacity to say what she said about Humane Societies, shelters and rescue groups. For someone who claims she is loves animals and has loved them all her life, bashing and trashing these facilities is outrageous.
Because Diane Gerrish allegedly keeps her female dogs pregnant year round and sells the puppies only on the Internet, it only proves that she only cares about the money.
Diane Gerrish is not only bashing and trashing animal shelters and rescues, she is literally contributing to the dog over population by keeping her females pumping out puppies. Not all of her puppies sell either. Where do these dogs go when they don't sell? If Diane keeps all of these dogs, she is considered a hoarder.
Diane has been breeding since the 1990's and her dogs which are Poodles and Golden Retrievers can live up to fifteen years and more. How many of these dogs does she actually have on her property?

Another thing I want to comment on is what Diane said about the AKC. She bashed the AKC and this is why:

Naturally Diane Gerrish is going to defend herself. The way she has done this is by slandering the AKC but this isn't helping her reputation at all. By telling her readers not to adopt animals from shelters, rescues and the SPCA is a HUGE disservice to homeless animals who are desperate to find homes. To be totally proactive for purchasing a dog or cat from a breeder instead of adopting is a slap in the face to homeless animals. GREED GREED GREED.

It boggles one's mind: How on earth can a rational human being searching for legitimate opinions take anything here with more than a grain of salt? Sandra Johnson does nothing to further the tenets upon which the founder(s) of this site claim to have built it.  Personal attacks made solely out of the complainer's seething hatred of the person they're complaining about should be removed, Mr. Magedson. The most recent installment of this hatchet job is so illiterately assembled, it looks like it was written (if that's the correct word) by a committee comprised of members who all speak different languages and may even be dyslexic. Dee Gerrish, owner/operator of Goldendoodle World aka Lake Ridge Kennels in Cleveland, NC has clearly violated North Carolina's cyberstalking and Internet harassment law. Because Dee Gerrish has posted numerous slanderous, malicious, accusatory, defamatory, vial and disgusting blogs about me, my family and friends on Blogspot.com, she has absolutely broken this particular law.

Dee Gerrish was asked by me via email to stop this barrage of harassment including stalking me online but each time I ask her to cease this behavior, she posts yet another blog mocking my requests. I have been in contact with four attorneys, law enforcement in my county and law enforcement in Dee's county. "Dee" is not her real name. It is Diane Sheila Gerrish.
Recently I reported Diane to the Rowan county sheriff's department (her county) because Diane threatened me with physical violence in a blog. Not once but three times. I took screen shots of these threats in case she deletes them. That very same day, a sheriff's deputy called me and I told him about Diane's threats. The deputy told me he knew exactly where she lives and this told me that he has been out to her residence before. The deputy assured me he would go to her residence and talk to Diane.

The next thing I knew, Diane had posted a blog about this 'alleged' complaint. She made a mockery out of the entire complaint and denied ever being contacted by a sheriff's deputy. She demanded to know who the deputy was, his name, badge number, time of day, etc. Diane has indeed been paid a visit by the sheriff's office and was told to leave me alone.
Just because she demanded that I post the particulars about the deputy doesn't mean that it never happened and it certainly doesn't pressure me to post anything else other than the fact that it occurred.
It is clear that Diane Gerrish is trying to 'save' her 'business' by denying my complaints. Why wouldn't she? It would be foolish of her to admit to any wrong doing especially breaking the law. It would tarnish her already ruined reputation.

What I find very interesting about this woman is, she tells on herself on Blogspot.com. Diane is a compulsive and obsessive person who doesn't seem to understand that the more information she posts on the Internet about herself, the worse she makes herself look to the public. Diane has released some very intimate details about her life that is not only disturbing but is extremely inappropriate simply because she is trying to market her puppies online. She recently admitted on Blogspot.com that she was married to a drug dealer who spent the majority of his life in and out of prison. They have a son together. She also made a comment about her youngest son molesting a child when her son was a child himself. Prior to posting that inappropriate information, Diane posted that she did indeed sell Parvo stricken puppies to unsuspecting customers but tried to rectify it by offering them another puppy from the same litter.

No one has to post anything about this woman anywhere because she does it herself. I file complaints about her on here because of her constant harassment, stalking, slanderous blogs about me, false accusations and threats. I put them on this site because I know my complaints will never be removed and Diane knows it.

Diane Gerrish has posted manipulated, obscene images of me on this very site that she manipulated herself and anyone who seeks her out to buy a puppy from her should see how she has behaved. Anyone considering buying from her should take a look at the viciousness of this woman and seriously consider finding another breeder to buy from. No business owner would do such a horrible thing to another person no matter what their 'beef' is toward them. Nowhere in my complaints about Diane Gerrish will you see any manipulated images of her. How she justifies doing this to me is simply unfathomable.

In some of Diane's blogs on Blogspot.com, Diane accused me of emailing her as an anonymous person. I told Diane that I don't have to hide my identity to tell her what I think. If and when I email her I want her to know it's me. Every time someone posts a complaint about her, she immediately blogs that it is me. I suppose Diane believes that I am the only person that is sick of her bullying. I have no reason to hide my identity. By reading Diane's blogs, it's clear that she is extremely paranoid. Diane has made claims that she has done background checks on my friends, (people she doesn't even know nor has ever met), she vehemently denies that the property shown on Google Earth with her address on it is hers, she denied ever owning a red car and I proved her wrong on all accounts. Diane went so far as to accuse me of Photoshopping her address on a property that clearly belongs to her. Anyone who owns a computer and uses Google Earth can type her address in and see a satellite image of her property. There is no reason for me to Photoshop anything about it.
Diane accused me of "slicing and dicing" images together to create the images of her property. Absurd. Her yard looks like a junk yard or worse. It looks more like a hoarder's yard. No one else around her has a yard like hers. Of course she denies that it's hers. It looks absolutely horrible.

Diane Gerrish continues to break laws, continues to harass me and my family, Diane continues to post my personal business online and for what? I'm not running a business. I don't have to be concerned about sales. Diane mixes her 'beef' with me because I report her on this site and in the very next sentence in her blogs she mentions our mother and how angry Diane is that I am our mother's care taker. I recently sent Diane a letter asking her to tell me what is it exactly that she wants from me. Diane doesn't want to take care of our mother but she doesn't want me taking care of her. Diane doesn't want our mother to live in Diane's residence but she doesn't want our mother to live in mine. There is nowhere else for our mother to live. Out of six children, I am the only one who stepped up and took my mother into my home when no one else would. I have been taking care of my mother since the spring of 2009. I have four sisters and one brother. Not one of them has ever offered their assistance with our mother. Being a care taker is not an easy task. My mother requires constant supervision because she has Alzheimer's disease. Diane seems to believe that our 81 year old mother should be taken back to her own home to live by herself. This is how absurd Diane is. Diane knows for a fact that she cannot have power of attorney for our mother nor can our mother's Will be changed. I have no idea what Diane wants from me so I am going to guess that all Diane lives for is to harass me without merit.

I told Diane awhile back if she wants our mother to live with her that Diane must make a lot of changes to her residence. She also must re-home most of her dogs and stop selling puppies. There is no way Diane can supervise our mother and run a dog breeding business at the same time. Diane's single-wide trailer only has one bedroom. She has no room for our mother and our mother is in a wheelchair. Our mother requires regular doctor visits for various types of ailments, she takes several medications, has co-payments to make and payments of various types must continue to be paid on her home. My mother still owns her home which is vacant but the home insurance must be paid monthly, taxes every year must be paid which they have been, and the utilities are kept on for security purposes. My son maintains the lawn which is no easy task and if Diane takes our mother to live with her, my son will no longer maintain the lawn and house. Diane will have to continue making all the payments on our mother's home. The house cannot be sold nor rented out. If Diane refuses to keep up the maintenance on the home, if she refuses to pay the insurance and taxes, the county will take over and the house will be lost forever.
I still to this day do not know what Diane Gerrish wants from me. I still do not know why her every day blogs are all about me. I suppose her dogs are taking care of themselves, feeding themselves, watering themselves, cleaning their own pens, grooming themselves and I suppose her puppies are flying themselves out to customers because all I see is Diane posting long blogs and writing articles all over the Internet. When does this woman have time to take care of her dogs?
Apparently her dogs have little or no human contact because Diane is the only person who is operating her back yard dog breeding 'business'. Her husband works outside the home and that leaves Diane to do everything. But when?

Diane claims (continuously) that she is a "disabled veteran" and in poor health. If this is so, how is she physically able to take care of all of the dogs she has and keep the kennels up to code? Something isn't right here. Diane is collecting disability plus making income from the sales of puppies. I smell a rat and it's her.

In summary, Diane needs to read about North Carolina's cyber stalking/harassment law and heed to it.

In a previous report on here, I posted Google Earth images of Dee Gerrish's property that also included her address. Diane vehemently denies that the property belongs to her even though she admitted the court records of her address is correct.

In one of Diane's recent blogs, she denies owning a red car. In the Google Earth images it is clear that her red car is in her yard and that very red car was the car her husband drove down here to my home in attempts to force my sick, elderly mother to leave with him and go to his residence in NC.
Diane Gerrish claims her husband did not drive to my house in attempts to kidnap my elderly mother but he did. Diane sent her husband to my house to get my mother without notifying me, my mother's power of attorney and care taker. There was not one email, no letter, and no phone call made from Diane Gerrish to me asking if her husband could take my mother from my house. Diane's husband showed up one morning in front of my house and stood there staring like a stalker. Because I did not recognize him, I was about to call 911 until two deputies pulled up out front.
 I saw the car Diane's husband drove here in and there is no mistake that the red car belongs to the Gerrishs'. Just because Diane claims the red car does not belong to her does not mean it doesn't belong to either her or her husband.

I just found a link to photos that Diane Gerrish posted last year of her red car in her driveway and some other winter pics she posted.
Here is the link: (((Redacted))). Was this image not posted by Dee Gerrish of Goldendoodle World? It says it was. The red car in Diane's driveway is the very same car that was parked on the side of my house. Who is she trying to con anyway?

At the end of this I will post this same red car parked on Diane's property. The images are on Google Earth for anyone to see. Diane denies that the horrible, junky property belongs to her and I can understand why she denies it. Her yard looks like the yard of an animal hoarder. For some stupid reason, Diane doesn't understand how Google Earth works. She thinks that the images are supposed to be up to date and she even stated that the property can't be hers because her trees are not in bloom in the images. She doesn't understand that images on Google Earth can be anywhere from one to five years old.
Diane Gerrish can deny anything all she wants. The facts speak for themselves.

Diane aka "Dee" Gerrish denies on Blogspot.com that she denied threatening me with physical violence. When I read her
threat, I called the sheriff's office in her county and reported her. A deputy called me back. The deputy asked me if I thought Diane owned a gun and I told him she had admitted online that she is a gun owner and she told my family members years ago that she carries a gun in her car when she delivers dogs.

Below is what Diane posted on Blogspot.com about the threats, guns and being contacted by a deputy:

"She (meaning ME) just recently sent a message to me as saying she contacted the authorities saying I "threatened" her by saying in my blog that I felt like getting in my car and wanting to go and "kick her a*s". My blog in no way "threatens" her. Raise hands if anyone...anyone would be surprised. No one would be surprised and everyone would see it coming and people would say, "I just wondered why it took so Would anyone actually be surprised if I did snap  and actually did get long". Im not a stalker... Im related to you. I'm entitled to follow you around."

Regarding the guns:

"as a proud gun owner, I have every right to bare arms...fire them....shoot them...carry them or lock them away... just like millions of other proud gun owners. I don't hide behind the fact I own guns. They were not obtained illegally. Also it is quite legal to enter any state with a gun so long as there is the proper permit, so your statement about bringing a gun
to Florida, is quite ignorant. Your not even worth wasting a fourteen cent bullet." (she is referring to me).

Diane then denies owning a gun: (this was posted just the other day).

"This  woman has not been any where near my car. She hasn't seen me since 1996.  Now she "knows" that I carry a gun ???  When did I ever go and obtain a gun permit ?  When did this happen ? When did she witness a gun in my vehicle,   is what I want to know!  What type of gun is exactly in my car ??  Can she identify this gun ?  Please post that on ROR.  I would like to see a photo of this because this is brand new  information. Funny enough,  when she was having her mom sign on the dottedline, and removing all of her mother's belongings she was like a gambler on a gambling  binge!  She had all the time in the world and drove all over the place.

Diane posted this statement and it makes me believe that the accusations she posted about me posting garbage about her was done by "google spiders" and "ghost sites".

 Diane posted this comment about a dog that I own. Diane refers to my dog as a "mutt". This is funny because Diane breeds Goldendoodles. In case you don't know what a Goldendoodle is, it is the result of breeding a Poodle with a Golden Retriever. Basically, it is a "mutt". A mixed breed dog. Yes, my dog is a mixed breed. He is half Great Pyrenees and half Bernese Mountain dog. I'm curious as to what Diane believes her dogs are. They certainly aren't pure breed dogs.
