I purchased a home from this company in July and moved in on August 3rd. I have only been there 3 weeks and have already had a roof leak and a plumbing leak that I had to pay over $400 to get fixed. The plumber informed me that they did a half-a*s job and did not redo the plumbing correctly. They make everything look good on the outside, to cover up for bad work. They do not use reputable contractors because when I inquired about waranties on the work that was done less than a year ago, I get no response. He calls himself a Christian on his website, well next time I would rather buy from the devil! Never purchase from this company, run the other way! They are not about treating people the way they would want to be treated and are only about money.

The owner of Goldmine Properties, Mike Cherwenka, called me personally and has corrected the roof problem. He has also offered to reimburse me for my plumbing expenses. Obviously, this man must actually care about his customers and doing the right thing. Thanks to ripoffreport.com and for Goldmine Properties for showing their integrity. Aundrea

After I informed Goldmine Properties that I filed a report against them on your site, they called and offered to look at the problems with the roof and reimburse me for my plumbing expenses. I guess they are a Christian company after all who believes in treating people the way they should be treated and how they would want their relatives or friends treated. Goldmine Properties has shown themselves to be a company of integrity and I would recommend doing business with them. Aundrea
