I submitted a high school class ring to gold pack. A few days later I received a check for $17.00. They have a guarantee that states that if the customer isn't satisfied with the offer to return the check within 10 days and the item will be returned at no cost which I did. I received a phone call from Aaron stating he could up the offer a little bit. I still wasn't satisfied with the offer and asked for my ring back. This was done within their 10 day guarantee period of time. I was asked to describe my item. I thought that was odd because the have my ring listed as item #8309. I received a ring back-a piece of junk-that wasn't mine. I promptly returned it and asked for my ring item #8309 back. Haven't heard from them since.

Apparently these people monitor their phone calls. After numerous attempts at calling them and leaving messages with no response I am now out of a ring and with no money to show for it. This is not a good company to deal with
