Sent an email to Goldstar 5 hours before requesting refund due to wife's flue illness. Received the following from Goldstar. How convenient they received my request one hour late...standard reply to not refund $84.00!
We are very sorry that we weren't able to cancel the tickets. The box office closed sales an hour before you wrote in to us. Once that happens we pay them for your tickets and are no longer able to cancel the order.
