Goldstar Imaging Supplies Corporate Records Service RIP OFF tallahassee, Florida
Our company received an official looking letter by mail using the same color and style envelope used by the State of Florida.
AFter receiving this form last year and researching the information I found this to be a scam. By not responding by the appropriate date last year we were sent an additional form with a " Late Fee" attached. In a rush to stay compliant, "Someone" did not realize before responding with the $125.00 fee plus the additional "late fee" that this was indeed the same scammers giving it one last effort. 4-6 weeks later a form stating that enough information was not obtained to create a satisfactory report and no other action was needed on our part. (That someone was myself and yes I stll feel daft to this day)
We have again received the same letter asking for the same information this year. The form cites chapters from the Florida Business Corporations Act providing that Florida corporations must hold a meeting of shareholders annually and maintain records and so,e other correct information. It has information that is correct about the companies Corp number and DOI but that is ALL that is official.
They are nothing but scammers looking for a free buck and nothing to offer in return. Please throw this directly into the trash!!
