Good Motors of NY Cory Frank Sold unvaluable vehicle Rensselaer, New York
Good Motors of NY (owner Cory Frank) sold an uvaluable vehicle which was determined by the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles. Cory was fined for selling the vehicle. The consumer went to arbitration through the NYS Attorney Generals office and won a judgement against Good Motors of NY and Cory Frank. Good Motors refused to pay the settlement was had it's licens revoked. After numerous letters from NYS DMV Mr. Franks refusal to pay the settlement caused him to have his business closed. As of Today Mr. Frank can no longer open his doors as Good Motors of NY nor can he open a new business under his name until the settlement has been paid to the consumer.
