Too bad you can't deal directly with the hospital. As you'll soon discover from reading other posts here, NCO is not known to be much of a good samaritan. You may even discover that whatever $ money you send them - you'll get the same sort "We'll call you right back after lunch" service. Or, maybe they just take month long lunches.
