goodwill of tacoma MISLEADING DISCRIPTION OF ITEMS ON SHOPGOODWILL SITE tacoma, Washington
I won a clock from the goodwill in tacoma washington thru shopgoodwill auction.
i payed for clock the day after i won it to the tune of $89.00
they stated in auction there were no chips or scratches and one of the hands were loose.
when i got clock there was i nice chip out of the top of clock and both hands were off and rattling around.they didnt mention that both back feet were missing,there was white paint splatter on top,and pieces were falling off.
when i contacted them they said take pics of box and damage and send them to them and they would start a claim with ups.. i told them ups didnt do it , the clock left their place like that and i told them i wanted a refund. well i havnt heard back from them. so it states they are not experts but a blind monkey could have seen the damage on this clock. they lie to you then ignore you, what a bunch of deceptive people. never again will i bid on anything from TACOMA GOODWILL!
