Hello,

This is my first Ripoff report and it goes directly to Goopping company , I purchased my products and send them to Goopping...

Even though I am U.S. Citizen , I wanted to send a gift to my brother which live abroad U.S.A.

As soon as they received my package,they made photo of it and marked it as "Received at warehouse",I selected my package in GOOPPING website and ordered the forwarding to my selected address...

Website tells you as soon as you're done with payment information:"Your package will be shipped next day",I was waiting all day long and than I decided to contact them , I asked them about my package and they responded:

James,

Thank you for your patience with this. Our warehouse was closed Monday the 27th for Memorial Day.

Your order has been placed on rush and is being shipped ASAP, in the order it was received.

It should be able to ship out today and will then arrive to you within 3-7 business days.

We will email you with the tracking information as soon as it ships out.

It was okay,I was waiting patiently my tracking number and there was nothing from them,next day I was trying to log in into my account and it was telling "Your user/password...." , I thought I forgot my password so I went to Forgot Password section,and wrote my e-mail and it shows:

Your account has been deleted/disabled

I was surprised so I'm about to sue them...for stealing my package..

It is our policy to retain items for accounts disabled for up to 180 days. We would be happy to look up your old account, verify why it was disabled, and either ship your items to you, return them to the store, or if need-be, reimburse you for their value.
