Goopping Over charges on shipping order and deduction of customer account without updating at their ends Orem, Utah
Good day all, I am from Singapore .i am very disappointed with the serivices provide by a shipping company from USA(Goopping)This company provide services for asia customer to purchase item from USA with cheap shipping rates and BUY FOR ME services.. They also provided me a USA address for shipping and buying item from major USA online store(like amazon,eBay..etc)I have requested their service under BUY FOR ME for purchasing a USB data cable for $19.95 , in addition they charge $20 for the BUY FOR ME services and $4.95 for domestic shipping.. The total I should pay is $44.95.
They deducted the fund from my credit card on the 280812..($44.95).after that they send me email saying that my account for deduction is declined.i was shock ,so I went to check with the bank and also try to purchase other online item to verify my credit card status.( working normally).
Goopping send me several email to update my status, regarding payment declined and they also added $3 more for my another online item in my invoice without knowing the first initial deduction already made in my account ($44.95)..
Now they charge me at $47.95.. And keep sending mail saying ( please update and waiting for my payment)
I replied that the payment already made on 280812 and the additional $3 for secondly item can procceed for deduction.i also told them I have the bank statement proof for their reference...
They annoyed my email and keep sending me mail to update my account due to declined..
The only customer care services from Goopping I contacted is Maggie since a week ago..and she told me that they are aware of the first initial deduction of $44..95
2 hours ago I went to the Goopping to view my account ...I realize that I have a payment of $87.66,.. I am shock of my life...the 2 item I bought was only $47.95 with domestic included.....they added another $9.99 & $23.73 for shipping....which the cost of my two item only $23 dollar Lastly I hope that this is not a scam shipping company that provide USA address for Asian to buy item in US by promising cheap shipping rate and provide US address for easy online purchase.....I am very disappointed now due to the item I am hopping is for my project in Singapore ... And until now have no reply from Goopping .. Please help
