GORDON DARBEY adeq VEHICLE EMISSIONS FAILED EMISSIONS ILLEGALLY PHX Arizona
my car registration was due and needed to be tested for emissions so we went into deer Valley location call was running good no problems no check engine lights we drove three missions and the gentleman said that we felt when we asked why we felt he said to pull the car up and go in the office he will explain to us.
When we got in the office the manager said that we failed for check eng light I explained to him that the check engine light is not on and was not on when we drove the car up.
We left the facility and I started making phone calls to Arizona Department of environmental quality spoke to several people also called Gordon Gobbi's complaint number I spoke to a mechanic named Jason who knew a little bit about cars and we agreed to bring the car back in to have it tested to make sure that there was nothing wrong with the car and that it wasn't tampered with
After inspecting the car for about 20 minutes for different people they said the car was OK and you would pass and they gave me an inspection and it passed.
On Saturday, June 10 I bring the car in for another inspection and they fillet for the same reason said the check engine light was on and he cannot pass emissions at that point I told the guy that it's the same problem as two years ago they inspected the car and found nothing wrong.
The gentleman at the facility didn't really know much about cars and when I told him I wasn't moving the car off the service drive he called the Phoenix Police Department.
When phoenix police department got there I explain to the officer the situation and asked him to just do one thing for me to watch the check engine light while I videotaped him just to verify that there is no light on and that the facility was not correct.
At first the officer didn't want to do it then he decided that it would be OK that I videotape him explaining the check engine light coming on when you put the key on and then turning off like it's supposed to when you start the car up and verifying that there was no check engine light on.
We left the facility and called Gordon dobbies repair shop phone number and explain to them the situation and the same scenario happened they want me to bring the car back down to a special facility for them to reinspect the car to see what's going on.
This is a problem because they have unemployment issue or a software issue that's causing me to go through hoops to get my car to pass omissions when there is not a problem with my vehicle.
I am an auto mechanic and I have several other people's closet fell through and we did get them to pass without any repairs just present in the rules that they need to follow at the Illusions location.
So at this point if you give me a call I can explain to you in a little bit better detail about the situation the end result is Gordon Derby state of Arizona is creating close to fail in missions that aren't really found a missions.
I can explain better in conversation ... this is a story that needs to be put out to get the procedure fixed ans stop causing excessive cost to people for no valid reason.
