Got Engines MONEY HUNGRY RIPOFF COMPANY Internet
I ordered an engine from this gotengines.com and when I received the engine it was damaged. They had broken the dip stick tube off flush with the engine.
I called them and explained the situation on June 12, 2014 and the warranty department hung up on me. I then called customer service and they explained that I should have known to check the engine for defects before unloading it off of the truck.
I was asking them to only cover an additional $150.00 in labor to remove the oil pan, remove the part and install new gaskets. They again hung up on me and will no longer transfer me to the department person that I want to speak with.
Please save your money and buy an engine from anyone other than gotengines.com they are unprofessional thieves and are now getting sued in PA by my company.
