GoTec Financial I paid GoTech Finacial $219.90 for absolutely no reason. They're a rip off. Saint George Utah
On April 25, 2004, I received a call from Nora Scott, a representative from GoTech Finacial. She explained to me that I was pre-approved for and unsecured credit line of up to $10,000. She went on to tell me that I could choose any bank that I wanted as well as the type (i.e. visa, mastercard, american express, etc.).
After listening to her offer I thought that is sounded like a great idea. I could choose my interest rate and the credit line that I wanted. I agreed to confirm my order by being recorded. I went through the process and was uncomfortable so I started asking her questions. She was very rude with me and rushed me off the phone.
Two days later on April 27, 2004, my account was billed for $219.90.
I finally received my package from them on May 10, 2004. I immediately went to the web site and the web site "was down." I went back the next day and the following day and the website "was down."
I've contacted the costomer service department three times just to here the same response that the website wasn't working to try and access it a different way. When someone finally told me a way to get on I went through the credit cards and found that I am not pre-approved for a $10,000 credit line. I'm not approved for anything!
I paid GoTech Finacial $219.90 for absolutely nothing!
