This claim is nothing short of slanderous. Our records indicate that we contacted this customer numerous times to resolve this issue, and she had already done a chargeback at her bank before writing the second claim.

Somehow, Gotech Financial found out I had reported them on this website. They called me at home and left a phone number for me to return the call, to a girl named Jessey. I just tried to call that phone number - what a joke. A recording comes on and gives you three options, 1-for customer service - which I punched 1 - nothing happened. I called back and tried all three options and nothing happened. I called back again, and the phone just rang. I am so mad about this - I want my money back.
