Contact your bank either in person or by writing to the address on your statement. Tell them that you did not authorize the withdrawal from your account. The bank will have you fill out an affidavit of fraud. Go Tech will then have to prove that you did authorize the withdrawal and that they delivered what they promised. It is unlikely that Go Tech will respond to your bank's inquiry. You will get the money put back in your account.
