Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I would like the preface the following with the fact that I am a automotive business owner, and have been in this business for over 25 years.I have a very good understanding of what customer service is, as well as a thorough understanding of the automotive parts business in general. I called to order an Chevy Duramax 6.6 diesel engine on 5/6/2013 I was told that they had a 29K miles motor for $5995.00 and I could have it within 7 to 10 days, however, I was met with such serious arrogance on the phone that I refused to deal with this individual, his arrogance was simply more than I could take. I simply asked for a VIN number from the vehicle so we could run a CARFAX vehicle history report so we could verify this information was accurate for our customer. I was told that it would be provided ONLY after the sale was complete (This should have been my first clue that something was askew!). I called back 5/7/2013 after speaking with my customer and getting approval to order an engine from this company given their lack of providing verifiable facts (i.e. a VIN number) prior to purchase, (we felt this was pertinent information for our customer to have given it was HIS $6000.00 dollars we were looking to spend.) The engine was paid for and we were billed on 5/7/2013 via credit card. I was advised that I would receive a tracking number in the next day or two. This still has not happened as of 5/21/2013 Upon calling to enquirer about the whereabouts of the engine I was again met with further arrogance and condescension as if I was bothering them by calling. I advised them that I had not received ANY communications about the whereabouts of the engine whatsoever. Her response was "We told you we will send you the shipping confirmation to you in 7 to 14 "business days"." This is NOT what we were told when we ordered the engine, we were advised that we would have in our possession an engine in 7 to 10 days! (I'll do the math for everyone her that's 3 continuous business weeks without so much as a shipping confirmation!. I advised the individual I was speaking with that I would now like to cancel this order, because myself and the customer have lost all faith in their ability to deliver what we were promised'. She said that fine you will be charged a 25 percent RESTOCKING FEE! Our reply was simply restocking of what?, you have shipped us nothing, and have our customers $6000?.00 dollars! She stated I am not going to go back and forth with you on this you signed and agreed to this when you filled out your online shipping information.. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and she simply put me into someone's voice mail, as of today, 5/21/2013 I still have not received a return phone call on this matter,. I am in communications with the credit card company finding out what can be done to refuse payment to this company for something that was never shipped and therefore never received;. We will NOT pay a restocking fee, I simply refuse to do so, not when we have not received ANY communications from this company of any confirmations as whether this motor actually exist or not;.Please be advised that "gotengines:.com also goes by several different names on the internet 3018b08
