DO NOT JOIN UP !!! They are a RIP OFF !!!

I purchased a membership on gov-records.com (also known as people-search.com) on the 24th Jan 2007 and have been very unsatisfied with my membership and after a couple days I asked them to refund my money back 100% (as stated in their FAQ's page they will refund up to 56 days of joining) I also asked them to cancel my membership. They have NOT refunded my money or cancelled my membership and have NO intention too.

Their website is misleading and uses third parties that want even more money for every search or record', this is not what I signed up for. They did NOT clearly state that on their site.

Their website is 95% USA when they stated on the site I could do searches in Australia (where I live) I found when you went into Canada or Australia and looked for a person, you were then given the option of choosing an American State, crazy, what is the point of that?

Their Australian map has got 80% of place names spelled wrong how unprofessional!

When I first contacted gov-records.com (and I had to fill out their tech-support form online as there is NO contact or email address on the site) they told me to send them my user name and password along with your Click Bank receipt #.' I had done this a few times no response!

Gov-records.com DOES NOT COMPLY on honouring a money back guarantee as stated.

Gov-Records.com never met the standards of performance promised and wish them to honour their offer to a 100% refund immediately., but they will NOT respond.

Bottom line is I asked for my money back and they are refusing and now not answering my emails.
