I received a $100 gift card for christmas. I made a purchase for $10 and $3, I then tried to make a purchase for $52.00 and the card declined. In what world does $13 bucks equal up to $100. I got home and called customer service only to get a message stating the systems was down and try calling back later. The website was also down. I called the next day and finally got someone name (James) I advised him of the situation he stated that he was unaware of the system being down phone or website. I found that odd being that I tried several times to get through via phone or internet. So I explained my situation to James who could not help me requested to speak to a supervisor and guess what the call was disconnected. So I called back and got a person name (Moses) I requested supervisor right away I waited on hold for about 5-10 mintues then the supervisor came on the line and said hello I can't hear you are you there I responded and he disconnected the call. I'm really frustrated at this point, but I still callback. This time I got a supervisor name Carla and of course she has no idea what im talking about staying I made purchase that I have never made and did not explain to me why my $100 gift card which I had just received, opened and activated myself declined only after spending $13.00. Of course Carla disconnected the call also. I called back requested to speak to a supervisor again and got Carla again who preceeded to pretend she did not just speak with me and hang up on me. This company is a joke please do not buy any giftcards from them. Horrible customer service and they rip you off.
