Grace Serrano is a licensed real estate agent with keller Williams in Rancho Cucamonga on White Oak ave. She uses her real estate clientele as a referral for her husband Charlie's Diversified Real Estate Consultant business outof Rancho Cucamonga .He charges people $1200 to modify their home loan ..takes your money and provides no services.Many people have fallen prey to this husband/wife team of scammers,and some have lost their homes.Now wouldnt you think that a business such as Keller Williams would not allow a lic RE Agent to continue to work under their name as she is not only aware ,but uses clients as bait to further his financial scams.
Keller Williams was made aware of this activity and yet continues to employ her.As a licensed "professional" the Dept of Real Estate who like to know about this.She is unethical to continue as a licensed agent providing little to no service (more of a disservice) to her clients ,than doing them any good.DO NOT hire her or her husband Charlie (Carlos, Charles) whatver he calls himself to do any business with your loans or real estate needs.You will REGRET doing so.Their current address is 11620 church st #87 Rancho cucamonga,ca .Her cell # is (909)559-5332 and Charles cell is 909 201-6942.Grace has for the 3rd time filed Chapter 7 BK to avoid paying off her debts,so beware, as you wont get any service from a fraud who claims to be broke,let alone one who scams your money then files BK
