Graham Aluminum Job not completed even after repeated trips Lakeland, Florida
The last day of March 2011 a tornado hit our home in a mobile home park here in Lakeland. Graham Aluminum was "Johnny on the spot" to repair a leak in our home for which we were greatful. The next day they returned and offered to repair our home for whatever the insurance would pay and we would not have to pay any deductable. In appreciation for what they done at the time of the incident we agreed and they scribbled out a contract. About a week later they did come out and put a roofover on in a couple of days. There was alot more damage and we were told they would have to order some of the needed supplies. Days past and we stayed in touch with the company, they wuld show up and work for maybe twenty to thirty minutes and be gone. This went on for several weeks. Then one day a man named Shawn showed up at our property. He explained that Graham Aluminum actually work under HIS general contractors license that they (Graham Aluminum) are NOT licensed general contractors. Shawn looked the job over and was VERY unhappy. We had leaks in our carport, our Florida room, our storage shed, there were panels which were supposed to be replaced that wer NOT replaced, rather, they used spray foam to try to fill the holes in the roof, they didnotput the proper flashing off the roofover, which is why the carport was leaking. shawn decided to send his own grew over to correct the job and it took them about three days, however, everything was corrected ad done peoperly and we were told if ANYTHING else needed to be corrected just to call him, NOT Graham Aluminum. We appreciated the initial help with the leak, however, I could NOT in good conscience recommend Graham Aluminum as being reliable and/or dependable. We were very disappointed. If Shawn had not stopped by, I don't know what we would have done.
