GRAM I wish I had seen your site before, I tried to download the exam questions and the exam engine from http://www.pass-guaranteed.com, it did not work. I opened a support ticket with Global Certificatio Fort Collins, Colorado
I wish I had see Ripoffreport.com before buying the exam materials from http://www.pass-guaranteed.com, I see the materials in my members area, however when I try to download the files I am not able to download the PDF file and the software. Poor after sale support, none. I tried to reach them, no one is available to help. The website claims instant download, hence I tried to buy. Now it is a pain, and waste of time. I thought of recommending this site to other members in my team, but now, I am sorry it is a very bad experience with this site.
Right now, I don't know what to do. The http://www.pass-guaranteed.com, feels that I have downloaded the content and not allowing me to try again.
I am stuck. I am requesting Pay Pal for a refund, I know it is tough.
Hope someone from this company takes care of this issue..

What is your order number or receipt id for your purchase? Comparing your writing style to other posts made, it seems you are the same person making multiple reports that are fake.
Anybody can make a report that is false on ripoffreport. We are on to you and we will find who you are!
