If you checked other reports on this cruise line about their scam, they are true.   We received the phone call telling us about winning the free cruise and the bonus package to go to Orlando or Ft. Lauderdale.   The cruise is for two days and two nights.   Since we live about 2 1/2 hours from Ft. Lauderdale, they assumed we could drive there, not needing the free rental car and offered  an extra day in Ft. Lauderdale.   Nothing was said about where we would stay or a time share.   On sept. 12 2016 I purchased the cruise.  I did not book my reservaton at this time and was told I had until March 2018 to use the reservation.  Later I booked a cruise for Feb 2017 but had to cancel, due to having hip revision surgery . I decided to cancel my cruise and go after the surgery. I was charged $59 to postpone the cruise, although I was suppose to be able to use the cruise until March 2018.  I was told it was because I had already schudled a cruise and then canceled. Also when I had first booked the cruise I had to pay $49 extra to have a cabin near an elevator.

Now I've had my surgery and tried to book a reservation.  The first person i talked to about the reservation stated that i had paid for the postponement and had all the facts on my reservation straight.  But when talking to a different employee  I was told there was nothing on their computer to show I had gotten and paid for the postponement and  they had listed me as "A No Show" for the origial reservation that I had canceled.  I  was given  an  e mail  address to complain aboout my money I had paid and my reservation.  It is not allowed to put that address  in my report.  At this time I am waiting to hear from them but bascilly I would just prefer getting back the $405 that it has cost for a cruise that was supppose to be almost free.   This is an up to date complaint filed on March  24, 2017.
