Attached are two 'complimentary Lottery Scratch it Cards'
Scratch the Cards and you 'WIN' a certain amount of US Dollars.
Ring to claim Prize.
Talk to Alex Wong (?) (real name???)
Smooth talker and convinces you that you HAVE won $$'s
They ring back and advise that their Manger, Mr Morris Lau will authorise payment to you after you senf them USD$3765 to cover Letters of Approval for release of funds.
NOTE: Mr Morris Lau is known to Western Union as a fraudster...
Then Mr Wilson Lin (real name???) calls with all the legalalities that they have to go through to release the money.
He is VERY convincing and it all sounds very legit.
They then request you send them the release payment through Western Union.
The address they give you to send money to is are Vacant Apartment Buildings in Happy Valley China or Repulse Bay China.
Be Aware that vacant apartments cannot collect money.
THIS IS A SCAM. BEWARE!
