Grand Crowne Lied regarding travel program. Not best pricing, limited amount of hotels/condos' available. Branson Missouri
We bought the travel network program while visiting Branson. We were ripped off by this company. They promised lowest pricing on hotels and condos. We can getting better pricing on our own. They have a limited amount of condo's and weeks available. They have many computer problems and no one to help you. For several weeks we were unable to access their computer program. When trying to make a reservation they take several days before they call you back. When calling regarding computer problems, no one seems to know how to help you and they put you on hold and then tell you they will call you back, but fail to do so.
We paid $5384 for this and feel this is a terrible travesty the city of Branson is allowing visitors to be scammed in this way. Something needs to be done to shut this company down and the people that were ripped off as we were should be refunded their money.
