As of November 18th, The owner of Grand Log Furniture, Steve, did not want to send the "REFUND" to me, Marks's dad , although I was the one that paid the deposit. I gave him my son's complete address, the same one that was supposedly on his "Order", with ample time to mail a check. If Steve was to mail the "REFUND" as he made issue of, This posting would indicate the results as I had promised. ZIP, ZERO, NADA as of November 29th. I do not understand what is going on other than the owner of GRAND LOG FURNITURE wants to keep stringing this along and not refund the money.

I don't think Steve understands the long term problems he is creating. There are many more ways to expose this on other websites.

Steve at GRAND LOG FURNITURE must be ignorant of Good Business practices. The last thing you want to do is not return a promised refund. If you are going to keep what does not belong to you [theft] just say so. All of your posturing and rebuttals, claiming you are an honorable business man over $675.00 shows how your Fair Business Practices are totally disregarded with no concern for what is right. Now the pressure will be turned up so that others who are thinking of dealing with you don't fall into the same miserable situation. Buyer Beware !! 

Anybody who asks for Money orders instead of Taking a Credit Card for a deposit !! WARNING SIGN !! I speak from experience. I would never let a situation like this ever occur. Bad public relations. I have owned my own Business for 40 years, Not 1 complaint. IT"S CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE and BEING HONEST. Both are non existent at GRAND LOG FURNITURE. Nothing but Garbage. The true measure of a business is how it handles customer complaint or problems. GRAND LOG FURNITURE has failed miserable at both. That is 100 % dissatisfaction ! PERFECT SCORE !!

No rebuttal is necessary, it is a waste of time on your part. Nothing but useless vernacular...
