If you are in the market for a home loan, the worst thing you could possibly do is apply for a loan with Granite Mortgage in Harleysville PA. The owners are husband and wife team Mark and Angela Eckardt. They are taking information that you put on your application and selling it.
There are now 11 of us that have had cases of Identity theft after submitting our applications. We went to the cops, they are investigating but until they are done what they need to do, there could be countless other victims.
Mark Eckardt is a con man and did 20 months in Montgomery County prison for breaking and entering. He has paid a number of us visits and threatened to "break our knees" if we don't quite making noise.
Angela Eckardt spends her time posing as the gentle front to the company and then when you actually get the loan, Mark is the one that processes your application, that's where it gets scary.
There are so many other mortgage companies out there that want to help you, this is a warning Mark Eckardt and Angela Eckardt of Granite Mortgage in Harleysville PA will inflict more pain on you and your family thancan be listed in this posting.

Dear Angela, Your company is without a doubt doing some shady dealings. I called your company seven times and it was impossible to get a person on the line. Instead, I left seven messages to YOU and I have never received a return call. I deal literally with hundreds of companies and I've never had a total no-response like when I dealt with your company. Could it be because of my title that scares you? It would be a big mistake to threaten me as I'm sure you are aware of. I will be stopping by this coming week and I would LOVE to meet you and your husband. Be seeing ya! Patrick

Wow, now I'm really confused. First you claim that there are 12 counts of identity theft against us and the police are investigating; now you find that we are not worth the effort. Why is that? I think we both know the answer to that! By the way, how do you add points to the back end of a loan? There are no points on the back end of a loan. Not now or ever. Our "real clients" all know that. And speaking of clients, 99% of our business is from repeat clients and their referrals. Now, if we've done everything you've claimed we've done, wouldn't we be out of business by now? Proof positive Jim that you are not and never were one of our clients because you just don't know what you are talking about. So Jim, here are my final thoughts on this matter. Write the check as you were ordered to do so as per the judgment we filed against you and let's be done with this nonsense, once and for all. Because at the end of the day, right is right and wrong is wrong . . . all day long! Merry Christmas!

Instead of being such a coward, why don't you and your 11 friends confront us directly with your ludicrous accusations? I guess it's just easier for you and "your friends" to remain anonymous. Why don't you post your contact information, so that I can speak to you directly since you had no problem posting all of my information?
