Their website is http://www.rvti.com/contact.php and thier phone number is 877-286-4198 Grant Instructors lists on thier site an address at 5348 Vegas Drive Suite 866, Las Vegas NV. 89108 This suite is not listed, however if you ask the directory assistance for the companies in that building you can get thier numbers, most are out of service. I spoke with customer service at Grant Instructors (800-235-1364) they admitted accidentally that the number 201-704-0032 is affiliated with them, but they are in a different state and cannot reach them. surprise, surprise. Be sure to call them at 800-235-1364 alot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are affiliated with 201-704-0032.

I found your site by another site, (http://gov-grants.us/). They claim that there are around 50 grant websites out there and that 47 of them are companies that are fraudulent and there are only three reputable companies and your company is one of them. It also states that you have a money back guarantee but when I gave you a call you told me that you don't. That even though other websites say you do once you leave their site and go to yours, nothing said on the previous site is valid only what is on your site. As well on your site there is only a small plain text explanation of your membership at the bottom of the page. It is not in bold, it is not in another color, it is black text at the bottom of the page and you have to scroll down to read it. This information should be right next to the checkout and visible when you open the page so that you know what your getting into. I was only able to get $37.50 refunded to me, which is a prorated amount off of the $49.50 and the only reason I got that was because I called bank right after I got ripped off and they got your company on the phone. I don't feel that that amount is good enough. I would like the whole $49.50 refunded, you can keep the $1.09 you charged me to access your site.

I am presently trying to contact the company. It's the weekend so I am not getting a response. If I do not get a refund I will file my own Ripoff Report here. By the way here is the link that leads to the original plane that you sing up for this deception... http://topmakemoneysitereviews.com /government-grants.html?gclid=CKr7r4Cs_pMCFQmdnAodtDsfWQ

I'm more then happy to issue you a refund. We tried issuing a refund, I need more info to be able to do so. Carrie F. isn't enough, we have a lot of Carrie F. in our system. I even went as far as going through each Carrie F. to see which one was from Milton, Massachusetts. No Carrie F. was found in Massachusetts, at the lease I would need a last name or order number. Thanks for your time. Best Regards, Grant Instructor LLC

Well Mr. Grant Instructor, if you were REALLY sorry I think you would have at least refunded my money. Most REAL companies actually kiss an unhappy customer's butt, since the customer is consuming their goods or services thus giving them their means of survival and profits! Referring other people to the business is also a reason to kiss a consumer's butt. The way I was spoken too leads me to believe that your company is not actually relying on consumers at all... just "suckers". So you don't give a crap what we think, you tricked us out of our money fair and square, and the employees at this joint are REALLY good at pointing put how justified they are in doing this... almost like they do that ALL DAY LONG. I was tempted to call and pretend to be happy with the awesome services I have been getting every month and I had never spent $49.50 in a better fashion! I just had to call and express my delight. just to throw them off... I bet they don't know how to deal with THAT. So I have wasnted enough time on this BS... just wanted to rebutt the rebuttal. Actions speak louder than words... getting puppy dog eyes from these jerks does NOT make me feel better. MONEY might have. I have seen no refund, no money. So... apology NOT accepted! also... why do they have employees trolling scam report sites... hmmmmm?

Here is a suggestion. When dealing with a NEW/UNKNOWN [to you] company on the internet invest in an inexpensive prepaid debit card or I think you can use a Visa giftcard for that intital purchase. Make sure you read the fine print about the loading of the pre paid debit cards ($$$). I'm not sure that's right however, I refuse to let any unknown company debit my BANK account. I learned the hard way. Just a suggestion.

I would first like to apologize to Carrie F. about the misunderstanding while placing an order for our materials. We have designed our website to simply offer individuals all the right tools to receive government funding. How we figure it is1.95 instant access for 7 days is a great deal and plenty of time to insure that this is what your looking for, if not cancel with in that 7 days and no charges are issued. Our average customer will remain about 2-3 months, after receiving the grant it ends up being more then a great deal which is one way we keep our business running. We are proud to state that our website has no hidden agenda, all the charges are stated right on the billing page. I am very sorry and upset to hear how you were treated by Customer Service, I have addressed this and can assure that no one will be treated as such again. You may have noted that before clicking the "Submit Order" button on the home page of the Grant Research Guide, directly below that big red box is a paragraph stating, "By submitting this form I am ordering the Grant Resource Information and trial membership. After the seven day trial I will be charged $49.50 a month thereafter if I do not cancel. I have read and agree to the PRIVACY POLICY and Terms & Conditions. Cancel any time by calling 1-800-235-1364." Information about the trial membership can be found on either our Terms and Conditions, located at http://www.grantresearchguide.com/terms.php or on the payment page, where you are asked to enter your payment method and information. There it states: "A free seven (7) day subscription in the Grant Research Guide Resource Center is included with each free CD that is shipped. If you choose to cancel your subscription to the Grant Resource Center anytime within the first seven (7) days of sign-up you can do so without charge. If you decide to keep your membership in the Grant Resource Center, a charge of $49.50 will be automatically billed to your credit card each month for continued subscription access. Please see the Terms and Conditions for additional details." With Regards, Grant Instructor LLC
