This morning I received a call from a Tony S. for Brian and Very politely informed me that he had listened to the call I had made to the call center and said that the rep did not pick up on my frustration and that since I did not request a refund the rep followed the SOP and just cancelled my membership. Tony then said that he has refunded all the membership fees (7.95 & 35.95) and I should have them in 3-5 days. Very polite and friendly. I have no complaints now. Devildog
