I have experienced the same thing as Robert frm Bovard, PA in that I thought I was ordering just a CD for some grant research - I ordered it on 6-12-08 for $1.29shipping plus $1.00 for processing ($2.29) and did not receive it in the mail until 6-21-08. OK, no problem - I looked at the CD and it was very confusing and difficult to read or understand. Today I was notified that on 6-23-08 my account was charged 39.95 for something I was not aware of...
I called their number (1-800-546-2919) and cancelled the transaction (Confirm Code CAU6836407) and was told that the monthly charge was in their'GrantMasterCD Privacy Policy' and 'Terms and Conditions'. When you only purchase a CD I would think that was all you would get, but, no they have hidden terms that will screw you every time if you do not read the very fine print.

Contacted by Grant Master - Raven Media for refund of all membership charges

This morning I received a call from a Tony S. for Brian and Very politely informed me that he had listened to the call I had made to the call center and said that the rep did not pick up on my frustration and that since I did not request a refund the rep followed the SOP and just cancelled my membership. Tony then said that he has refunded all the membership fees (7.95 & 35.95) and I should have them in 3-5 days. Very polite and friendly. I have no complaints now. Devildog
