GRANT RESOURCE NO CD WAS MAILED.AFTER EMAIL WAS SENT WITH PAYMENT WOULD NOT ALLOW ACCESS TO THE SITE.HAVE BEEN CHARGED 49.50 TWICE PLUS 1.97 FOR ACCESS. Internet
My report is being charged for service not issued.After visa card was inputed and the conformation came back i wasnt able to access the site and no cd was mailed.The day after i was charged 49.50 twice plus 1.97 to access the site.Grant Resource stated there will be NO REFUND.Although there is no access to the website.I think this is a d**n shame and this company is nothing but a scam. They need to be investigated. Plaese be aware of this grant writers scam artist.
