Grant Search Assistant ripoff Phone number and location for company Internet
My wife got caught by this ripoff, and then some. The fine print five screens down says after the 14 day free trial you pay $29.95 a month. We got billed $49.95 for three months before I found out what was going on and reached someone.
The records on my online bank identify the company as GSA/SBA Express located in Utah. No city is identified. The phone number I got through on matches the one already posted here 800-986-2640. I got through immediately and received a confirmation from the person who picked up the phone that my membership was cancelled. We did get the CD, but didn't even realize what it was--we might have even thrown it out.
With the customer service rep on the phone--they don't answer the phone with anything but, "Customer Service" by the way, they never say the name of the company unless you ask them--they said the primary web site is www.gsassistant.com, and the company is owned by Raven Media. I know none of this is necessarily new news, but its updated and accurate as of today.
