Grant Search Assistant offers you a free cd and requires shipping charge so you have to give a credit card number. Then they start charging your credit card 49.95 a month without your knowledge. Had I not gone over my statement I would have never noticed. They have taken over 200.00 from me and I have not found a grant to this date. I have tried several times to get this canceled and am now trying to get help from my credit card company. This is a long process and I have yet to succeed. Don't ever give your cc number to pay for shipping only, they steal your money without your knowledge. Use paypal if you must do this, at least you can stop the charges right away. This is a rip off and You will be lucky to find any grants for college or a business startup. Please be ware of this company. They will steal a lot of money from you without your knowledge.

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Lisa. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. The trial period is free for 14 days and we would not have charged Lisa had she cancelled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer. Unfortunately I wasn't able to locate Lisa's account without a bit more information, but I would be happy to assist her getting her account cancelled. If you'd like to cancel using the customer service line it is 866-396-5718 and they are open 24 hours/7 days a week, except for holidays.
