Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I found a strange charge on my credit card from Grant Search. I have never visited this website and I never ordered this CD.

I am very concerned how they got my information and credit card number.

There was also a charge from blockbuster.com on the same day and I have never ordered anything from them.

I tried calling this company with the 800 number on my credit card bill and tried to find out what this was. The person on the other end insisted I ordered this CD from them, when I told her I had not and how did they get my information she kept asking me for my address and email addy. I told her I would not give her anymore information as this was obviously some kind of scam. I told her to remove the charges and she said she couldn't as I ordered this CD to get information about obtaining a grant.

I have never seen this web site. I have no need for a grant (not really sure what getting a grant entails other then for school). She was very unhelpful and I ended up hanging up on her and calling my CCard company and reporting these 3 charges from them and the one from blockbuster.com. I have never ordered anything from blockbuster either. I closed my CC to make sure no further charges would be applied.

This is some kind of scam and I really want to find out how they got all of my information. I do order products online but usually only from trusted sites. This has me very confused!!

I see a lot of people on here who did actually order the CD but didn't read the 'fine print' to see it wasn't a free CD where you only pay shipping but I never even visited the site much less ordered it!

Anyone else experience this? My CC is going to investigate but I really want this company shut down! total scam, CC fraud at it finest!

I would like to discuss Jjp's concerns with him/her to insure that he/she is taken care of. Unfortunately, without a last name or an email address I cannot find his/her account with the necessary contact information. First and foremost I offer an apology for the breakdown in service Jjp obviously experienced. I can assure you we are not a scam company. We've been in business for well over 7 years. Please understand, if fraud was perpetrated against you, it was perpetrated against our company as well. Someone outside our company had to have used your information to order our product, we've sent this product out to the address that was entered online by whomever this individual is. We've also provided them access to our extensive online database for their use, if this person is not you, then you are due a refund. This means someone has stolen our services without paying for them. We take accusations of fraud very seriously and will assist any law enforcement agency to fullest with any investigation. Jjp, please contact me ASAP so that I may be able to address your concerns immediately. If you are another customer that needs to contact customer service, they can be reached at 866-396-5694 Monday-Friday 9 am-9 pm EST. If our support staff fails to offer the quality and professionalism that we expect to provide then I would personally like to know about it so that I can resolve the issue so that it doesn't continue to happen. I also guarantee to personally see to it that anyone who has had a negative experience with our staff or company is satisfied. I can be reached on my cell phone at 435-773-1795 or via email at [email protected]. Once again, my apologies to Jjp. Hopefully, I will hear from him/her soon so that we can get this resolved. Sincerely, Ryan R.
