Called the company Monday morning and after some reluctance he finally agreed to cancel the membership he said I had ordered. Said it would be 3 to 5 days. In 3 days a credit back to my credit card came through on the 39.95 charge as he had promised. However, the 49.95 charge did not show after 5 days so I contacted Credit Card Fraud service again and they agreed to charge back the remainder of the disputed charges to the merchant. Moral of the story is to thoroughly check out any internet offers as to the reputation of the company making the offer and read all the fine print with care. In this case it wasn't even hidden in fine print!!
