Grant Writer Pro; GSA/SBA Express; Networkagenda.com Ordered, free disk, with $3.95 shipping and have received over $100.00 in unauthorized credit card charges St. George Utah
Signed up for "free disk" and used my credit card to pay "shipping" $3.95. In Starting in November and continuing in December that credit card had $87.70 in unauthorized charges under three different names all located in St. George Ut.
How do I stop these charges from being repeated and dealing with it each month? There is no contact information on their web site and the telephone number listed on my credit card statement is not being answered.
Isn't there someway to shut down a bogus site like this?

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Diane. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. The trial period is free for 14 days and we would not have charged Diane had she cancelled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer.
