Ordered the Free publication from Grant Writer Pro for $3.95. Received this publication and tried to cancel online membership with this company.
The cancelation did not go through, for whatever reason. I am now being billed $29.95 monthly.
I now have 5 monthly charges of $29.95 each beginning August, 2006 through December 2006.
Charges for GSA/SBA Express of %5.95 began showing up on the same credit card statement beginning with the July 2006 statement. We now have 6 monthly charges of $5.95 through December 2006. I have never heard of this company nor signed up for any service by this company.
Charges for Networkagenda.com of $7.95 began showing up on the same credit card statement in October 2006 with 3 charges through December 2006. I have never heard of this company nor signed up for any service by this company.
This all started with trying to find a small business to begin so I could join my husband in retirement. This company is a fraud and is responsible for the above charges from the other two companies without our knowledge or consent.
I thank the person who provided the contact information at Grant Writer Pro and I intend to contact Ryan via email and telephone.
The "nothing is free" prevails.

I located Mary Jane's account to verify that she had indeed been refunded, as it is not our policy to ever charge a customer that is not interested in utilizing the additional services that accompany the free CD. Clients simply need to do as Mary Jane has done and follow the instructions to contact customer support at 1-866-370-7270 and express a desire to cancel services during the free trial period, or anytime thereafter. Mary Jane did state in her complaint that my name and phone number was found by her on this site after it had been posted by someone else. I actually post this on every rebuttal I file as I want to make sure any clients we've failed in any way understand that I am available to help resolve their concerns. I demand that our company provides professionalism and respect to our clients and when we fail them in this or any other area I would like to resolve it.
