Grant Writter Pro - Raven Media ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing took money from my account without my o.k. Las Vegas Nevada
I to, have been riped off by Grant writter Pro. They tell you, for a small fee they will give you this information about all of these places that will help you out financially. So to pay them this small fee, I gave them my personal financial information for the small fee. once they had my information they go and take out more money, without my permission for a charge of $29.95. They then sent me a c.d. that I turned around and sent back to the on 9/16/06 by registered mail. they received it on 9/20/06 at 11:42 a.m. I have not heard a word or have not received a refund from them. what should I do to get my money back from these con-artists??

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Beverly. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. The trial period is free for 14 days and we would not have charged Beverly had she cancelled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer. I have located Beverly's account and the charges she is disputing have been fully refunded as of today.
