I appreciate the fact that you had a good experiance working at Peak Performance in Az, but the reason that I posted the message in the first place was this. Every job isn't for everyone, and of course you should keep an open mind to things. I'm not blind to this. The reason that I said is as follows: If one person doesn't like his or her job, there may be many facors involved. It would be a leap of logic to conclude or to make correlations about the stature of the company. Agreed? Ok, but how about this. What if a statistically large amount of people complained about the company and it's practices. Even many successful current and ex-employees? What would you say then? If I make one three point shot in a game it could be deemed as luck right? What if I made 14 three point shots in 5 consecutive games? Isn't worth investigating the factors of my success? ALl I'm saying is this. THere have been way too many complaints from this company and many like it to ignore. If you had a good experiance there good, great. But you cannot ignore the fact that nationwide, excuse me, world wide complaints continue to ciruclate about these companies and there buisness practices. There are some universal truths here. Sure some of the offices are run legitamately but is that the norm? Something is wrong. Be honest, you sound like someone who has been somewhat successful. Ask yourself this, when the mention the name DS Max, and others like it, what are peoples reactions? DO they make a face? Do they sniker? Why is that?

Dear Khang, It is unfortunate that you read about the bad experiences of other people before you had a chance to make up your mind about the company Peak Performance in Santa Clara, CA. It is very true that several companies that are affiliated with Granton Marketing/DS-Max/Cydcor have bad business practices and bad people working there, but for every bad office there are exceptions to the rule. I was with the company (DS-Max) for 4 and a half years, through out that time I worked as a distributer in about 10 different office in many divisions, I also have personally managed several offices in several states, and trained several manager.(I left to start a new business) With all of my time and experience within this company I can tell you one thing. Peak Performance is a great example of what is GOOD within DS-Max. I don't think I would have responded to your report if it hadn't made poor depictions of the people involved. Your comments express that your understanding of the people who work there are money grubbing and deceitfull, nothing could be farther from the truth. The people who work there are extreamly dedicated to there goals, they have integrity, and expect the people who come through the doors have some too. DS-Max has several problem offices and obviosly has several discruntled former employees, but DS-Max does provide people with an excellent proram to learn self discovery/growth and mental fortatude. If you or anyone else want a bias outlook of DS-Max and more importantly Peak Performance, My advise would be to actually work there for a couple of weeks,(I'm assuming your not working) most office offer a paid training program. (some better than others) That program would enable you to see the business for what it really is. Your perception becomes your reality!! You might see it for the scam you have been told it is our maybe your optimistic side would take over and you would realize the valuable learning experiance it could offer. I'm not trying to be the DS-Max defender, God knows DS-Max has many down side to it, but the ups side can far out way them if they are looked at in the right light. Your Friendly, DS-Max Advacate
