Grantwriting Express, Grant Help Order, Grant Help Center, Grant Ventures Today Inc. Looking for Educational grant, for my sons and was Ripped-off!! Cheyenne, Charlestown, Nevis Wyoming
I ordered "free" Grantwriting CD, to help my boys go to flight school, on 2/20/09, paid $3.95 for shipping, was billed that same night, on 3/2/09 was billed $74.95, I had not received my "free" CD about grantwriting, and I did not know I was entering a agreement, to a monthly fee of $74.95 with a "money back guarantee" and a seven day trial period that began on 2/20, (the night I ordered), How do you have a trial period with no CD.
On 3/11/09 I recieved the CD, it had been mailed on 3/6/09, four days after I was billed the monthly fee. I have not opened the package, I will send it back once I gather all my information, for my case. I have hopefully canceled my supposed subscription and canceled my credit card.
I have been unable to contact this company, by phone or email. Their physical address on the web site has no zip; the address on the package, is different than the web, I will be writing to the physical address. I am trying to get Visa to protect me from fraudulent charges. Please spread the word, I have reported this on Clark Howard.com. If you Google "Grantwriting express", a complaint site comes up. Someone is scamming people and making a lot of money. Please help if you can.
