Graphic Craetions Solutions Scott Norton Doesn't pay it's bills and writes bad checks Internet

Graphic Creations Solutions contracted us to install a full wrap on a tractor trailer. Which included the truck and the trailer. The agreed pay was $250 a day (8hr days). The job needed to be completed in 7 days. The job actually took 10 days nearly 18-22hrs. a day. GCS needed assistance with their output file and computer hardware, which we assisted with at no extra charge. Needless to say Scott tried to pay us for only 10 days of work. We discussed the total amount of days and agreed on 15 total days. He then paid with $1000 cash and a check for $1500(The total bill was $4512.49). The check bounced, and the bank charged us nearly $700 in fees. After notifying GCS that their check bounced Scott told us that his bank had made an error. We allowed him over 90 days to pay the bounced check fees and the remaining balance. He still is giving us the run around. We have sent letter after letter to no avail. Which has forced us to seek legal action against GCS. If you come across this business DO NOT do business with them.
