Grassp Bogus service to collect your personal information Los Angeles CA
This website is suppose to be a delivery service for medicinal marijuana patients. They even go as far as stating that they care about this community and want to help those who are unable to get to a discpensary. For those who are unaware some of us are confined to a wheelchair or bedridden due to illness and there are many other reasons for some to be unable to travel from their home.
This service has been nothing but a complete let down and disappointment. I signed up to the website which requires all of your personal information and patient information. Then you are told to wait 24 hours to be accepted to use the service. After I signed up I was sent an email 1 hour later denying my registration, but stated to contact them if the denial was wrong, which it is.
I contacted them through email and waited 24 hours, no repsonse. I repeat this for 5 more days, still no repsonse from Grassp. They can deny me in 1 hour, but cannot tell me why I was denied or even look into their obvous mistake for almost a week. These people do not care for this community or it's patients.
I looked into this further and noticed there are others who are having their time wasted by this bogus delivery service. Now after signing up to this website/service which I was denied access I'm all of a sudden recieving text messages to buy from dispensaries. I have never recieved text messages for this ever because I specifically avoid texting based advertisements.
Then it hit me that this site is giving out my information or even selling it. HOW SHADY AND UNETHICAL OF YOU GRASSP. How dare you take advantage of those in need. I hope everyone who comes across your site notices this and makes the right decision to steer clear. There is a plethora of other delivery services that are honest and professional, so use those. Grassp is nothing but a waste of time.
