Do not use Gravity payments as your merchant account. I used them and started off real nice and smooth until i had an issue. I bought a piece of equipment for about $5,500.00 and sold it using Gravity merchant processing system. Then to find out that it was a NG credit card they withheld monies from my account no communication just stopped putting money in my account also this was the third time in 3-4 months that they had done this the reason before they said the law had changed in October and just stopped once again putting money in my account.

No communication each time and ended bounces checks etc. When i mentioned this to the guy in charge of accounting there was no justifiable reason for the non-communication just saying they try and communicate. The guy was a real tool to deal with always angry and threatening. On the bad credit card Gravity informed me it was my fault for taking the credit card and not using the full use of the processing machine to protect myself. I asked why wouldn’t they set it up to protect the customer they said because i didn’t ask. Well isn’t it the responsibility of the Gravity to help protect their clients they think not, now all they do is threaten me to go to collections and have to listen to them yell as well.

Please do not use Gravity use a friendlier and more responsible processing merchant that is going to help protect you. Now they want me to lose my equipment i paid for and the monies for the sale and also pay them back......

Do not use Gravity payments...
