GrayBul GrayBul give me estimate of $1100.50. They were 6 hours late. Showed up in a budget truck. Gave me a bill for $2200. Still have my furniture and will not return my calls, Hollywood Florida
I received an estimate from GrayBul to move my furniture from Roswell, GA to Kansas City, MO. The estimate was for $1100.50. Graybul set a time up for 7/29/2016 Friday between 8 AM and 10 PM. When they didn't show up at 11:00 I started making phone calls. Received every excuse there waa. At 4.00 PM the movers showed up in a Budget Truck. At 5:30 they finished loading the truck and they gave me a bill of $2200.00. I was 4 small boxes over the estimate. I trying calling Graybul and was told no one was end and was promised a phone call on Monday. The truck loader gave me a line of bull about extra charge for gas, my 4 boxes of overage and graybul was a third party company. I was required to pay half ($1100) up front and they tryed to get cash from me. They have not called me back after 8 phone calls and an email. They have my money and my furniture and will not call me.
