Great Cars And Trucks .com Charged my Credit Card and never placed the add Ripoff Calgary Alberta
The sales rep called on Jan2 /07 said the add would take 24 hours to log it in so i waited and tried to find the add to upload pictures--and no add--called them and she said she recognized my name and was just pitting it in the system and it would take 48 hours so i waited until Jan 8/07 to check it again , still no add...called them again and this time i got a guy who said" i recognize the name and just put it in the system"
i said thats funny thats what i was told 6 days ago and still no add and i want my credit card refunded he said i cant help you call this other number--so i called and the girl was ignorant and rude and said i have to wait for 90 days--for what? i have no add running although i paid for it!!! She said please hold and i was on hold for 20 minutes then cutoff, so i called back and asked to speak to her supervisor--she said his name was Chris i think.
What?--you think?---i said i want to speak to him--to which she replied he's out right now for 30 minutes.
i call back 30 minutes ask for chris she says he's busy and i'll get him to call you back---yeah right.
These people are rip off artists and scam artists .
I have filled with the better business bureau
i have filled frad charges with RCMP
I have filled fraud with my credit card company as well.
All i can hope is that someone reads this post and passes it on to everyone they know--i will
