Fool me once - shame on You - fool me twice -shame on me-fool me three times- it will never be.
OK, THEY GOT ME! I should have known better and maybe even researched on the net. I only signed up because I assumed that there was no risk since there was a money back guarantee. They got my $64.20, I never got a single call on my car. When I researched the guarantee I laughed. Maybe they should add "the odds of actually getting a refund are about the same as winning the 649" I went to the head office in person to get my refund. I witnessed the Call Centre with rows of people calling unsuspecting consumers. They would not give me my refund witout a Notary's signature, even though my car that was in the ad was parked in front of the building in clear view and clearly not sold.
DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY!

Dear Mike; If a companies return policy is that you must produce a reciept, I doubt they will accept "instead" a colour photo of you purchasing the item. They follow the rules as outlined. Just for future reference when trying to get refunds... I give you this information. Did you research how much it would have cost you if you advertized with some other company? I think if you might have, you might not be so upset that you were charged such a small amount for the service they gave you. However I "hear ya" about the gambleing thing. If you try to sell your car yourself... you are doing "just that". Gambleing. Now I do think your chances are better with this company than the 649... but who knows? Can't win if ya don't buy a ticket right? So you bought a ticket with this company & ya "threw the dice". Sorry ya "crapped out". I guess ya can't win em all. Expecially if you do not follow the rules. It is really a shame there are "poor loosers" like yourself who should stay away from gambleing "PERIOD". Sorry for the "caps". I should not allow myself to sink to your level.
