be informed---greatcall is not all that good----their cell phones, that you have to purchase, only works with great call and will not work with any other carrier.
when you stop service before the end of a billing period, you have to pay for the entire period even if you stopped service early
their signal is very weak in some areas rendering phone useless, even the alert panic button. cannot receive or make calls or texts on certain times of day, new updated phones were no help, problem appeared to be the towerlocation or just a weak signal from verizons tower
